Our Puppy did not make it.
by Sparkplug inwell after going to bed early for it has been a long day i was awaken by my fourteen year old and she was crying for the vet just called and the puppy i got them two weeks ago just died.
the breeder was at an expo at city hall and they all gave me those "mom i am going to die if i don't have her" looks till i forked over money i did not have for this lil baby beagle.
we brought her home and i thought my she must be so tired for she slept a lot the first day.

I like overstock.com too. I've ordered from them several times and am happy every time.
I just ordered a poster for my daughter's dorm room on allposters.com.... she hasn't gotten it yet though, so I can't tell you much more. I thought their shipping prices were a little high.

I've gone a week without smoking!
by fullofdoubtnow inwell done linda, i started taking zyban 3 days ago.
you take it for 2 weeks before giving up, although already i noticed i am smoking less and keep putting cigarette down and forgetting i was smoking.
it's very bizarre.

Mom Died -- and I found out from an old friend!
by BrendaCloutier inok, i'm writing this thru tears as i just found out in the last 5 minutes.
my dad died in august, and they had been together just 1 or 2 weeks over 70 years married!
i didn't expect her to last without him, and visa versa.. i just tried to call my sister, and no answer there.

Eph. 4:11 : "And he gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangalizers, some as shepherds and teachers,"
They use this scripture but completely ignore what it says... If we have shepherds and teachers, where are the prophets? And why are only 'some' given as evangalizers, and yet all JWs learn that they must preach, because the bible says so. Um, no... that's not what the bible says....

My son is currently writing college application essays for his English class in high school. I proof read them for him, and both of the essays were all about the importance of family and how much he appreciated his. It brought tears to my eyes!
