  looks like a few of you on here might enjoy brown liquor as much as i, so i thought i'd ask.

  neat, on the rocks, with water, with soda?.

  I hate Jim Beam though Jim Beam Black is ok, it's almost as good as Jack.

  Knob Creek is alright. To me Makers Mark isn't good enough to justify the higher price.

  there are 3 current threads that say these very things.

  (ok, the one about armageddon says it will come within days or weeks--not months--so that means june 2007.

  seems to me this is whipping up into a paranoia bigger than the 1980s apostate scare, bigger than they've ever seen before.

  If we arent to read into these things then why was it even said? I am told that I can be blood guilty for stumbling my brother if I sin against them or sin and stumble them, what about those that gave talks about 1975? Are they blood guilty for the 100,000 per year for 5 years that left from 76-80? Are the GB and the writing committee blood guilty? Didnt their words stumble their brothers?

  Careful, this kind of critical thought could get you in trouble! Welcome to the board dude. I agree with your logic. The WTS is infamous for applying one standard to itself, and another standard to the rank and file members.

  I bought a copy of CoC, my wife was pissed when she saw it; but, I think she was also shocked to learn that a GB member had left. I used to read passages out loud to her, and ask her what she thought. Eventually she started to respond.

  The whole thing made her really mad, she told me later. One day she got so pissed at me that she determined to prove me wrong about 607. She entered 607 BCE into Google, and the scales fell of her eyes. From there I think we all know what happened, unraveling one lie leads to the rest of the house of cards falling down.

  I'm a firm believer that a lot of JW's would leave if they could just see ALL of the facts, not just the WT sanitized version.

  According to the House of Yahweh, the big A will indeed come in June. On the 12th of June, in fact.

  Did they say what time of day it would happen, because Tenchu Z releases for XBOX 360 on the 12th and I'd really like a little time to play it before the power goes out.

  well, low and behold, she finds me on myspace and we finally chatted last night.
