Mimi's Surgery
by BFD ini've gotten a few pm's asking how mimi is doing after her surgery so i decided to make this topic and post some pictures of her.
for those of you that don't know mimi is my italian greyhound and she had a chronic ear infection that would not clear up.
the vet decided that the best course of action was surgery.

she was shocked i've never been tested, and i said well i have no symptoms, i wear condoms, and had very few partners, so i didn't think it was necessary.

That's got to hurt.I had no idea they did that to guys.
The head of a mans penis has a ton of nerve endings.Just like a woman clit.Personally I feel for you guys.
My funny story about genital region pain.I've had a needle put into my inner labia and had local anastic right next to my clit.I had a infected hair folical that turned abcessed.It was the size of a small egg.The doctor cut it and drained it.I've never had some much pain in my whole life.The cutting was the least painful part.Then the doctor packed it with cotton.Lets just say I cussed the doctor out and almost broke the nurses hand squeasing it.I don't cry even when I'm in pain but I cried like a baby.
Cotton is very rough and I would think having it put into a place where you have all those never ending without lubrication would kill.Does it hurt after when you pee??I've had tons of UTI's and a few yeast infections and when you have those it it extremly painful to pee.I am imaging it hurting like that.

Would you support a witness who was refusing a transfusion?
by Caedes ini was thinking about what i would do if a family member was in the situation of refusing a blood transfusion.
if the doctors were trying to force them to accept a transfusion, would i support my family members right to choose or would i take the position that they are brainwashed and are incapable of making a rational choice on the matter?
does the fact that they are hopelessly ill informed take away from their right to make a choice that they know will kill them?

I believe that everyone has a right to do what the believe to be right.If that means no blood then I'll support that.It would kill me but it's not my place to force my thinking on someone else.
However I myself reserve the right to make my own desicions as well.I've taken that out of my parents hands.I have a living will that expressly says I will except blood.My parents told me to do that.That way they don't have to feel guilty for not following my wishes.
