  Headaches... any info?

  well, i'm kinda panicking here.

  the last few months i have had horrible, daily headaches.

  i get up with them, and no amount of painkillers can chase it away, it only suppresses it.

  try doing some upper back,,neck,,,and arm stretching exercises....maybe some thing is just minor pinched....just my two cents worth....

  Questions about meds and therapy ( general)

  i am rather knew here and not very "talkative"...... i do have some questions that i hope to get some answers for....... #1. do doctors perscribe 3 medications at on time if they suspect that you are bipolar or do they begin with one and add on????.

  #2. does depakote cause weight gain ( or has it for those who have taken it )?.

  #3. what type of therapy ( therapist) is recommened for ptsd???.

  Are you lonely today?

  well it's thanksgiving today.. yes today is the day families get together and enjoy the company of those we love.. if you are an apostate as we are....this isn't the case.

  today our witness families and friends will be getting together and eating a big turkey dinner also....they always do.

  are you sad today of the reminder that this religion has broke this relationship?

  so many emails from you guys.

  greatly appreciated.. i'm exhausted from the crying and the panic.

  i probably cried a good 3 or 4 hours yesterday.

  well, all i can say is wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  they have been preparing everyone by way on tv and radio on the sexual abuse in the jw religion.

  they had a small piece on the 6 o'clock news with a small interview with bill bowen.

  for those of you inclined to prayer, i request it in behalf of my dad.

  he is in the hospital for a blood clot in his leg, which is potentially quite dangerous.

  he cannot move until it is dissolved, if that happens.
