  nightmares and anxiety

  does anyone here have nightmares about the witnesses after leaving, i seem to be having alot lately, and i cant stand banging into them they terrify me.

  like if i think i see a person who looks like someone in my cong, and its not just looks like them i have a panic attack.......... im wondering because that is not normal for me...

  yes,,,,i am exactly the same way,,,,,it is over a year now and i still am being plagued by them...

  i needed professional help,,,i am in therapy....doing better,,,but it has been very very tough to say the least...i cannot deal with them on any level....

  im not sure about jw's and their beleifs of dating so i have a few questions.. 1) are jw's allowed to date outside their religion?.

  2) what are jw's beleifs on pre-marital sex?.

  i did not send you any emails so i would be very careful about opening anything that seems to come from me.

  looking for dad

  hey people...im from kenya settling in the states and i have never met my dad and i have no idea where he is at.last i heard is that he travelled abroad when i was 3 months old and i dont know how to find him.

  my mum is a witness but shel never talk about it and i don want her to as i know its painful for her.

  any suggestions as to cure my 21 year old search??

  What the WT took from me.. is it gone 4ever?

  i was raised jw, so i have nothing to go back to as far as belief.

  the wt has been exposed to me as nothing but a bunch of lies, coverups, failed predictions, interpreting the bible to fit their teachings etc.

  now i stand here,,,,,,,,,,,, with no belief system at all.

  i do not think you can leave the organization and not have scars...some very very deep that will last forever.....how much you change and grow after wards i think depends on you as a person and also the environment you are in...

  i hope the best for you...you have some deep scars i know...i suggest taking small steps and going just one day at a time....((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( lyin eyes ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
