Parents cannot serve God for their children anymore than children can serve God for their parents.
Wouldn't that seem to indicate that parents should not attempt to block blood transfusions for their small children? Right from the GB of the WTS that parents cannot be held responsible in the matter.

Proper Etiquette for Disfellowshipped JW's.
by Dune inlooking back, i realize the stigma attached to df'ed and da'ed people, its as if they're supposed to be there and not there at the same time.
they're supposed to be extremely unhappy and hopeless.
when you see a df'ed person everything in their life is supposed to be going wrong because "they dont have jehovah in their lives" and when theres a df'ed person who doesnt fit the category they're hated even more.. there's a df'ed person in my congregation, i remember years ago (before i started posting here) i used to absolutely detest the sight of this guy.

When my wife was re-instating herself after a DF, we did the come in at the last second, sit in the back, and leave at the "A" of "Amen".
The elders put a stop to that by saying that we should stick around a bit because the sisters wanted to play with the baby.
It must have looked pretty farking weird too, messed up their sense of brotherly love to see the best looking family in the place run out as if the Devil were chasing them. That crap causes too many questions and doubts if the congo is not super fundamental. That attitude was bad for me because it was a real shock when we got moved to Fundie Central

Both parties are a joke. This year, I'm voting ALL incumbants out.... no matter what party, no matter what issue.
I'm with you. This nation has become the most hated, most laughed at on the nation in just a few short years. Now we can add "broke" to that list as well. Amazing how they pull the red-herrings like "control the borders" out of their hats when the latest "war on whatever" proves to be unwinnable.
Whatever, let that picture of flight-suit Bush on the aircraft carrier with the "Mission Accomplished" banner waving behind him be the legacy his party leaves. Wasn't the "mission" to capture what's-his-name the Al-Quedah guy?

think that English should definately be the official languge in America. It has been for years, so why change it? If we go to anither country like France, Spain, Africa, etc... they use their official language.
Ummm last I checked AFRICA WAS A CONTINENT YOU SILLY WABBIT, and which Spain were you talking about? Spanish Spain or BASQUE Spain where Arabic is the official language? France is more of a melting pot than the US. Last time I was in Marseilles I heard at least SIX languages being spoken with frequency. Of course Marseilles was founded by the Greeks 3,000 years ago...... But that's about par for the course for those who chime in on this kind of post; undereducated and uninformed (unless you are being sarcastic maybe but somehow I doubt it.) MAybe you should move to Canada to get away from the dreaded bi-lingual bug. OH NOES that's right! They speak FRENCH THERE! Maybe you want to check out our neighbor to the South, Mexico? OH NOES! They teach OVER 60 languages in the public schools there. We're surrounded by those bi-lingual people! Better build a wall or they will come here and talk their language! The sad part is we really ARE going to build a wall. Sorry buddy but it looks like you need to man up a bit and globalize because the US is the only modern nation to practice xenophobia. -

the papers were filed by the legal firm of nolen saul brelsford of sacramento, california.
the child molestor and said corporations headed by the governing body over jehovah?s witnesses, were charged with not reporting to law enforcement and systematically conspiring and suppressing information about sexual molestation committed by packowski when he was in a congregation in des plaines, illinois, also after about 1984 and later in california at the loomis congregation from which formed the rocklin and sunset congregations.

If one of these things ever gets in front of a jury, the P Atty only needs to get ONE Dub in front of a jury to testify that "they were excommunicated for having spoken out on the policy of child abuse within the church" and someone is going to have one hell of a pay-day.
Notice that all the Elders of the congos are named as well. When they figure out that they are more exposed than the WTBS, I predict a mad rush to step down.
