Parking at the DC today

i went to the dc today cuz i didn't want to hear it from the wife.... i drop them off at the front and then there were 25 people that "helped" me park my car.

I scored all the anti-parking dweeb points at a Circuit Convention that I attended in Panama City, FL. They always designate the best spot in the lot with a special WT "No Parking" sign. It's something of their own design and has no purpose other than (I guess) to test the obediance of the Bros. or maybe they are reserving the spot for the "return of the Kings"?
So on Sunday I took my daughter out to see the dolphins on a glass-bottom boat, got to the Assy about 1 PM and parked in the King's spot. I moved the sign in front of the truck next to mine and went in.
About 20 minutes later "Will the owner of the white Ford f-150 parked in the no-parking spot please see Accomodations"? -

Remember that this is "jail", and not prison.
That means these folks are either guilty of misdemeanors, or HAVE YET TO GO TO TRIAL.
So when this ass starts talking about "punishment", remember that many of these people are still innocent of any crime whatsoever. OK, probably poverty since they can't raise bond.
I find the lack of concern for basic human dignity frightening given the facts. -

My Pioneer Wedding =Didn't get much money/gifts from invited Brothers!
by Witness 007 indidn't have much money...everyone wanted to come, so i reluctantly invited many.
we had lots of good food and nice bottles of wine, white and red.
so it cost a bit to set up....my soon to be wife said: "don't worry, your a pioneer, i'm sure the brothers will be generous with their gifts!

When my wife's couin from Mexico got married to the nephew of the local PO, we had to set her and her brides maids up (again) in our house for the two weeks prior to the wedding. Not a problem.
Of course the blushing bride and her family had SHUNNED my wife for more than 10 years because she faded, then immediately started sucking up when they needed something, still I entertained the idea of a reconciliation.
We never got an invitation until the week before the wedding when I asked the Groom if we were invited. He brought over a printed invite the next day (obviously done ahead of time and mailed out to everyone else)
We did not get invited to the post-reception party despite the fact that EVERYONE else in all the neighboring congoes was invited, and that the farking Bride and her best bud were staying in our house and the Groom was a fixture in my bar and fridge that whole time?
NEVER get a thank-you card for the (very) expensive gifts.
This was the fifth or sixth JW wedding I have attended and I have yet to get a TY card for my generous gifts. They are the worst mannered least compasionate group of people I have ever encountered. -
