  Interesting family supper on the weekend

  well last night our family was invited over to my brother's place for supper and my parents were invited as well.

  my brother is an amazing cook and wasting that talent with a menial job, but that is another story, we get to benefit from his cooking.

  so the conversation eventually comes around to the blood issue and the sextuplets, it has been so long since i have had a conversation with active dubs that this was very interesting to watch.

  examine 1 peter 4:14 and john 15:17-21 and consider: can you name any of jehovah's witnesses who has ever been persecuted or reproached on account of the name of jesus?

  please think very carefully about what the answer means, in light of plainly stated scripture.. i would love to see a discussion about this that includes comments from jws and apologists.. respectfully,.

  there are a lot of things in christian belief that have just came about through word of mouth.

  a few examples, the fruit in the garden was an apple, the snake was satan etc.

  in the bible it does not say that judas kissed jesus to identify him.

  How many mentions of Jesus in the 2007 Follow The Christ convention prog.

  if anyone gets hold of the convention program, please report how many talks are solely about jesus.. i would be very interested to know.

  every year jehovah's christian witnesses neglect to find a spot for jesus in their 3 day program..

  Let us pray.

  Oh holy Governing Body please hear our prayer this sunny day as we gather together to extend worship to god through you. You are so great and wise after having taken over Christ's role. Please help those in the missionary work to abstain from the desire of the flesh. Like two portions of food at dinner. Further oh Governing Body we just want to say we have thrown out all those who don't think you are our only means of salvation, bless us for this.. Brother Stinker's wife died last week and now he is engaged to sister Moist she will be 18 in seven days. Please help her keep her place in brother Stinkers life by keeping the house, car and yard clean. She will need your help to be prepared for all the meetings and active in the ministry.

  In Bro Scroddles name we approch you..

  maybe i'm just a bit paranoid but i think my parents may be on to me.

  i hope i didn't blow my cover.... i was out with some jw kids and realised that i left all my "apostate" research and my notebook out on my desk in my room.

  when i got home my mother was crying in her room.
