new does god care brochure?
by collegegirl inmy mother just picked up a bunch of brochures last night at the meeting.
the does god care one has a new cover... same setting and pose, but different family.
anyhow, she took them away before i could check if there was anything changed inside.

just wrote my talk
by collegegirl ini have not been on the site for awhile.
i have been really busy with school and work.
but now things are calmed down a bit, and i am back... so hi again to everyone i missed, and also to anyone new.

Women are only good at....
by collegegirl inwell, according to the people in my hall, us "sisters" are pretty damn helpless.
our hall is being remodelded, so last night during the announcements, the brother said, "we need as many brothers as we can get to help with doing the work this weekend..." then he has the sheer audacity to say, "and we will also need some sisters to clean up the mess afterwards.
" do you have any idea how pissed off i was?

Body piercing?
by collegegirl inok.... question - what is wrong with body piercing?
i personally feel it is a method of self expression.
i mean, i would never go and get everthing possible pierced, but i do have 2 holes in each ear, and a newly acquired belly ring.. i got my belly done 3 weeks ago, on spring break.

hypocritical parents anyone?
by collegegirl ini was reading one of the posts earlier about how hypocrisy among the rank and file really pushed some over the edge.... well, how about this one?
my mom and i were watching pretty woman on tv tonight (edited version).
it is her favorite movie, so i told her i was going to buy it for her.
