  Bethel snobs tell me off for wearing Rebooks and polo shirt to Bethel! Next time I'm going Nude!

  2007 so we go on holidays and my wife decided to visit bethel.....i wasn't even planning to go to the meetings, so i put on running shoes, blue slacks, and a light blue polo shirt....clean shaven....to a "worldly" person i would look neat and tidy....a bit of a nerd even!

  to bethelites i looked like a slob giving the finger to jehovah!

  one bethelite girl asked my wife if we were "newly interested.

  it suited vatican city extremely well to have mr. hoover make as big a failure as he could make, and to help it along.

  So where do you do the research?

  ok so i'm really trying to figure out what i believe about the bible, god, religion, etc... where do you research or find something to study that isn't tainted with someone else's beliefs or opinions?

  this might be a dumb question, but i seriously don't even know where to start.. .

  being that my husband is still going to most of the meetings, i tied into the meeting sunday to see what the co had to say on his last day at the hall.

  one thing i found interesting is that we may die in this system.

  he said when he first learned the "truth" he just knew for sure that the system would end before he was baptized and he was so stressed out from it.

  You cannot simultaneously "live you life like the end is coming tomorrow" and also prepare for the long haul. It's the difference between sprinting and pacing yourself.

  These people are farking morons. Exemplified by his going "through the questions in April and was not to be dunked until June and every morning he would wake up and run to the window to make sure that the system had not ended." Talk about a dumbass!!

  IMO, all our opinions are based on what we've read from the media. So all the above opinions are irrelevant and any opinion I can give on this matter is also irrelevant. IMHO, of course.
