  hello to all on this website.

  a brief intro...i am 30, was df'd at 26 (on my b-day no less) should have been df'd a long time ago.

  i have no complaints about being out of the organization now, however the initial shock going through the loss of friends and family took some time to get over.

  Hmmm, I wouldn't mind knowing a few snipers. LOL! Nah, I have just come to the realization that I cannot discuss politics with some people cause I get all ticked off and it's not worth my time. You, however, I would be happy to discuss things with simply because you know what is going on first hand and don't look at it from your "Here I am in America where I have freedom and democracy and I can say what I want without really knowing the details" little world. You may not know EVERYTHING about what is going on I am sure but you have a hell of alot more grip on it than most of us. Anyways, even though I don't know you I am so proud of you! You rock!

  it's official - i've lost my mind.. i used to play the violin in college.

  i literally haven't picked one up for a dozen or so years...it's been more like 15 since i actually played.

  i sold mine 10 years ago.

  I really enjoy bluegrass too. Hated it when I was younger! A good friend of mine plays the mandolin beautifully. Oh, and that Alison Krauss. WOW! I get chills when she sings it is so good

  Yes, isn't it nice to be able to state your opinion. Although believe me, you will get plenty of grief about opinions here! LOL! But at least we all agree that we are allowed to differ and it's ok. Some get riled more quickly than others and some topics I have just decided not to post back on at all but all in all, it's a good place.

  I'm "Scurred"

  ok, scared.. i will be having surgery within the next week or two.

  the doctors found a large cyst in my pelvic area.

  they believe it is on my right ovary but, unfortunately they cannot be sure till they actually cut me open.

  Sandy,

  Please don't worry. I had a cyst the size of a soda can removed from my left ovary 11 years ago and I am fine! I was a bit sick to my stomach for a couple of days afterwards but no major problems whatsover. And I imagine the surgery has come a long way since 11 years ago. You will be fine.
