If I were talking to a Mormon I would let them do their act. Then I would ask them if they have ever seen any of the amazing photgraphs taken of this incredible universe by the Hubble telescope.

After they had agreed that they had and it shows how powerful and mighty our Creator is and that is all the more reason why we should adore him..I would ask the question..........

..........So why does He compel you to wear singlets with sleeves? Why is it so important to This Awesome Power that you have sleeves on your singlets? What would happen to you if you refused to wear a singlet with sleeves? Don't you think that the Creator has bigger things to think about than the type of singlet you wear ?

(The same argument can be applied to JWs wearing sports jackets)

Scientists are making incredible discoveries about the minutae of DNA. This is a great creation that we are part of. We are such a humble part of it all.

Yet you are told that if you register as a corporation rather than a sole trader, this Great Creator will say - "Now that his papers are lodged I won't kill him"

About Tattoos...

somebody was asking me about tattoos and what the biblical rules about them are.

i also remember that a magazine (an awake!?

) mentioned that getting a tattoo is a matter of conscience.

I got a tattoo a while back.

It is a fly on my right buttock.

I was planning on having a new fly added every year but have been too slack to do so.

I figured that by the time that I was in an Old People's Home, if I had enough flies, the nurses wouldn't want to give me a sponge bath and would leave me alone..

Also...there are parlours here that give imitation jail tattoos. Like half done outlines or really amateurish stuff. It gives you real cred if you have one and walk into a bar and roll a ciggie. No one messes with you.

I apologize for expecting something BIG to happen last Sunday. It was all my fault for being so stupid.

I made the same mistake back in the '60s. I was stupid to expect the big A in 1975. It was all my fault.

Geeee......I keep letting myself down. I am so stupid.

My point is that the AP article said that new directives were about to come from the WTS about blood.

Nothing happened. After all the hype.

Let's be prepared to say that we were wrong.

Ezra....I would LOVE to go to a Kingdom Hall. An earlier poster asked why the letter wasn't being posted on the board. I am glad to see that it is.
