Shawn, I'm rushing to work so I'll be brief.
Guilt can be a good conscience telling you to apologise for unacceptable behaviour. But it is not a reason to beat yourself mentally or to be untrue to your standards.
Someone will soon give good advice on your family.
Kind thoughts,
Pete

I can fold my left little finger down to my palm, unassisted, whilst keeping the other four fingers completely upright. I can't do it on my right hand though.
I have yet to find a way to make money with this skill. -

WHOPPING WTS LIES ON BLOOD
by DannyHaszard inrichard parker, a member of the jehovah`s witnesses, says that the refusal of transfusions is one of their fundamental beliefs.
based on what is written in the bible.. .
... that while it is a controversial issue, the refusal of transfusions is a matter of faith for witnesses, and deserves to be respected as their choice.

There is a parallel here with a man who beats his wife for buying a new dress, say, and justifying his abuse by claiming it was HER fault. "SHE made me angry!"
The WTS will NEVER accept responsibility for their own actions. -

Good work Axal! The addictive personality can be a hard master. Try and connect with people face to face a little more each week. Perhaps there are gaming enthusiasts that meet near you offline that would give you social interaction?

Whats the strangest thing you've seen someone get in trouble for?
by LaniB ini remember one windy summer day, after a meeting on sunday morning, i walked out of the hall behind a sister who was part of the church congregation with her two teenage children.
her husband did not attend.
the wind caught her dress unexpectedly and blew it up a'la marilyn monroe and revealed that she was wearing (shock, horror) french knickers...... there were a few murmers behind me which i at the time put down to things like "oh poor girl, so embarrassing".

Developing a depressive illness and asking a psychiatrist for help. (However, I find that's not so strange anymore.)
BTW I think French knickers are the little red panties with black lace around the legs and waist. I don't think they're crotchless or anything that exciting :) -

I pointed this change out to two elders 'visiting' me last year and both were unaware of the change of thinking and in the removal of 1914.
I recall a comment on JWD recently of a poster here out on field service with a new Witness. The former told the householder of the 'generation that saw 1914 will...etc.,' and the new dub laughed and asked where he got that idea from!
It's all done with sleight of hand! -

Well done mama! Support unconditionally for friends is not something dubs understand.

What a weird day
by ninja infirst off...dropped my kids off at school then driving off to work when a young girl ran out in front of my car....it was a daughter of jw's at my former hall!!
!....she ran out without looking but i was going slow enough ...she bounced off the car...and bust her knee open.....her mum was okay about it ..she said it was the wee girls fault for not looking...still shook me up though and the wee one was crying...a few jw's who dont really speak to me came over and said its ok ..dont worry about it etc..anyway the wee one recovered and went into school...young ones are so resilient...phew!!!
it could have been really bad...(jangled nerves)...then...after our first job we stopped off at the house to get some water for next cleaning job when another jw parked up beside me and said he got us some tickets to go and see a jam tribute band...i have seen him twice in the last 6 months!!??!

To ayhra, please read this.

please dont do anything rash, like hurting yourself, or killing yourself, .
this is a permanent solution.

I'm unsure about ayhra too. But there is a benefit in responding to trolls for newer members and that is it helps to clarify ones own thinking even if it's reasoning on a mindless question or attack.
