  ...to have a family member df'ed.?.

  i sometimes think it is viewed that way by many dubs.

  i've seen many say it with pride, ive seen those dubs being held up as examples of how faithful they are.. your thoughts?.

  Would you support professional jurys?

  we have seen many times over the years where jurys make their judgements based on emotions and not on the rule of law or the facts.

  -the menendez brothers after killing their parents were found not guilty by the jury.

  being asked why they decided the case that way the reason given was "those boys are so handsome and now they don't even have a mother.

  i saw in the "why is service so lame" thread wtwizard takes the jw's to ephesians 2:8,9. it reminded me of what i would say when they called.

  this was when we first moved and they did not yet know me.

  i would let them say their piece and then i would ask them "why are you here?

  i have been out for about14 years, and i honestly don't know where i stand.

  i was neve told i was df'ed, and i never da'ed.

  i remember my wife told mt 'they read your letter tonight.

  since jw's can not even step one foot inside a church, temple or what have you, because just going inside is a act of worship.

  then how can they go inside a hospital or medical facility that is owned and operated be another religion.

  especiaily if the hospital has a chapel.

  Why is it so easy.............................

  for the wt to make changes in their "truth" so often.

  we all know about the blood changes, and the generation changes, etc.

  i was thinking that they are so hungry for some "proof" that jehovah is feeding them that they just embrace everything and anything.

  i put this in another thread but i would like to start a new one.. i was a jw when i got married but i left about15 years ago, my wife is still in.

  before we met she had a relationship (while she was a witness) with a guy and even had a child with him.

  (she did not get dfed for this.

  A question on blood

  ive been wondering, over the past few years as more and more blood fragments are being "allowed by god", do these new revelations coincide with and gb members their families, or other prominent one's needing such treatment?

  in other words if they need it then god changes his mind and allows it.. if that could be shown then it could really "play well in the press".

  i don't know if there is any way we could find out but i have thought about it.
