How can you look in the mirror and not laugh? Seriously
I've asked this before. Still waiting for a legitimate answer
Well look in the mirror again, and just go with it, you seem to need a good laugh.

here's mine :.
back in the early 90's we went to the sunday talk and wt study.. lo and behold, a friend from the 70's who was df'ed ( he had just been reinstated) was there along with his parents.
i had no idea that they would have been there.. one of my kids was getting sick, so my wife and i were up-down the entire meeting walking him around.
The one where they announced my (among about 6 others in the cong) baptism. I still wake up screaming.
Where is he???
looks like gadhafi is about to get a pounding... any minute now.

the tragedy of the triangle fire in nyc should never be forgotten.
among other things, it's an example of the horrors that can happen when industry is deregulated and the power of corporations are not curtailed.

What kills me is that corporations are being allowed to foster this mentality more and more - all in the name of the mighty dollar. Meanwhile these lessons are being forgotten and as the expression goes, those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.
There's damn near nothing I can add to that. I only wish people would pull thier heads out.

Wow talk about irony.......
China’s response to the allied campaign has been the most forceful, with warnings that the assault could bring about a “humanitarian disaster.” In a regular news briefing on Tuesday, Jiang Yu, a Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, called for an end to hostilities. “We’ve seen reports that the use of armed force is causing civilian casualties, and we oppose the wanton use of armed force leading to more civilian casualties,” she said.

My main point was we are giving stuff away for free, when we are too much in debt. We can't save the whole frickin world and not get paid for it, especially when it's extremely wealthy nations that want our military and men to do the bidding.
Skeeter
I agree with your general sentiment here. Though we might not totally agree on what we are giving away.
