  hi all, it's been a long, long time since i have posted.

  maybe its because i stopped giving a crap about this religion.

  in 1995 the new light linked the term generation with a group of "contemporaries" that would basically share the same experience of living in the time of the end.

  at most, that put the end off maybe 20 or 30 years.

  not a few left because of what was viewed as apocalypse delayed.

  i rarely get to meetings (thankfully) but went last night to the ms/sm.

  i'm continually blown away by either the conductor or participant citing outrageous statistics.

  for example did you know that the us has a 5-6% growth rate?

  as you all know, back in december the us bethel families were told of a major downsizing.

  the word was, "if you've been thinking of leaving, now is a good time.

  " some three months later the pink slips are being given out.

  i found the "blood" letter read at the service meeting last week a little laughable, especially the part about getting a good health insuarance policy.

  how out of touch can the writers of this letter be?

  how does a whole generation of self employed janitors and window washers find good health insurance.
