Well, if there is no sex in NS, I think I would miss it very much, I hope it is replaced with something better, or is it "marriage" that is no more, and we all become "swingers"? I am not sure....it would be fun to screw every non married woman on earth. But, hey, I am up for anything, I know our Father will see to it we are happy and content. I would want that for my boys.

Next Question:
How do we know who is who? What tool or method brings these similar actions to light for what they really are?

Are they more "wicked" or "sick?"
by Confession ini think, after we have "awakened" from our watchtower coma, we come to one of two conclusions.
either we.... a) recognize that the watchtower society is not what it claims to be.. or b) recognize the watchtower society is not what it claims to be, and believe those in charge to be thorough charlatans.. okay, i suppose there can be more than two conclusions.
probably a few fall somewhere in between a and b. there are a lot of things we can prove.. -that jerusalem was not destroyed in 607 bce, and therefore the entire basis of wts authority is unfounded.. -that the wts did indeed claim to be acting as god's prophet, and in so doing made an alarming number of end-time date prophecies that never came to pass.. -that the organization, which claims to be led by almighty god, has changed "present truth" teachings and then changed them back, and has taught a great number of horribly incorrect things as "god's truth.".

"wickedness" and "sickness" is a personal judgement of someones actions. Being that ours (judgement) is a bad thing to do according to Jesus, I would stick with the "sickness" and let Him say who is "wicked".
They were probably trying to accomplish what thye thought Jehovah wanted. They never had the balls to Question Him, or even disagree with Him. They just obeyed. like "robots" or "slaves" (trying to make more "slaves" for their Master?)

If he knew God was real, not just "thought", would he still try to steal your car?

I couldn't agree more...that adversary could hold some knowledge I don't, and could also be trying to keep me from making a bad mistake I am not seeing. What is going to happen to me if I kill him????? Is that not almost "self destructive"?
Very good point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
much thanks!!!!

Amen to Call of Duty!! I beat finest hour then my ps2 took a DRE!!
I would say....what is the highest authorities definition of "brainwashing"? Does it fit their actions?
Maybe they are "blindly obedient" to a few "misguided, well intentioned" people?
Maybe that is "brainwashing"?
the actions is the only way to discern with any accuracy in my opinion.
If they start ordering their people to kill others, well, I would say something is wrong, bad wrong!!!

War? Or "disagreement"? How do you win?
Do you kill all those who disagree? Is it because you are incapable of convincing your opponet to do as you wish, or see things your way?
Can the average person do this to win a disagreement?? Does this not separate people, and keep them from working together?
Is there any positives to killing to win a war or disagreement? Does it mean you are strong? If that is the case, the one with the most powerful weapon is always going to be "right". Correct?
What about PROOF? Or PROVING your case? Is this too hard to accomplish?
Is it because there are people who are in positions of great authority who do not posess the knowledge to do their jobs correctly? Is this the problem?
Any thoughts?

Which Church do I go to now?
by jwfacts ini personally feel no particular need for institutionalised religion, but recognise it is a benefit to many people.
however i am constantly asked, "where do i go to now?

Me and a friend talk and search for truth (God) while we shoot pool and drink beer and eat pretzels in his basement. Or how about today with my friends at Bumper to Bumper auto parts? That is my "church".

My question of the day...
by DavidChristopher inif jehovah brings a new plan to light, a new idea...does that make him a different god, or the same god with a new plan?
if i start doing things different, does that make me a different person, or the same person with different ways of doing things.. i still have all my past experiences in my memory don't i?
so what i am saying is does becoming "wiser", or growing up, make you someone different?
