  my husband came to my store today telling me that we are so close to the end now, he can tell by all the changes in meetings.

  New arrangement for field service?

  i don't know if this is a worldwide thing because i didn't go the meeting where the arrangement was announced, but it's being done in my congregation anyway.

  during those 6 months the member assigned to the pioneer is meant to make time to work with the pioneer as much as possible, so they can strengthen each other.

  the idea is meant to be that eventually each member of the congregation will get a go.

  Hiya Zico. That doesn't seem to fit right. 6 months per member, like you say will take years. I'd understood that Armageddon was so close you could smell it. Wasn't there a rumour about the time of the last tract that FS was stopping altogether?

  clark heinrich says man has enjoyed the psychedelic effects of mushrooms since thousands of years before christ -- and figured the king of kings probably turned on as well.

  in fact, he thinks jesus was high on a psychedelic 'shroom known as "fly agaric" which was hailed for its taste as well as its trips.

  I used to find that miracle story quite amusing, since the guy at the wedding complimented the groom(?) on the fact that he was leaving the best wine until last, presumably bucking the trend of giving the guests the good stuff first and the cheap stuff when they're so drunk they couldn't care less. This theory now has me wondering how the conversation went, eg. . .

  Guest to Bridegroom whilst slurring and swaying - "This wine is frikkin superb (hic). At the last wedding I went to, the wine tasted like someone had just pissed into a jug of water."

  Have you changed your mind about ABORTION?

  i'm not after a discussion on the rights or wrongs on abortion, what i'm asking is whether or not your views have evolved over time.. perhaps leaving the watchtower was enough to allow your true feelings on abortion to find expression.

  maybe abortion is one of those subjects where you still find yourself in agreement with your old jw self.

  did becoming a mother change your perspective in any way or solidify your views?.

  LR Guy your piccie isn't showing up.

  This thread has made me realise how few pictures of myself I have. My family has obviously got 99% of them. Here's one I have though. I would say I must have been 5 or 6.

  How old are you when you start High School in the US by the way?
