  I for one wont watch it any more. The Dr is man, not a woman. The original script writers wanted it that way. Just like other books or tv characters are women. 'Charlies Angels' comes to mind. Should the angels suddenly become men lol. What about Jane Eyre, should she suddenly become a man if a film is made about her or a tv program? Totally stupid.

  Anyone who gives away a magazine, clearly has a massive advantage over a magazine that has to be paid for. Watchtower knows that most witnesses dont ask for a donation from householders and that the individual witness pays for the magazines by donating their own money each month.

  Chart today at station square @ Netherlands city

  today i searched and found the jw chart at the station square just across the corner of my work hq, were i had an appointment.

  this time they were not located at the central square, but hiding just arround a corner.

  i looked the jw's in the eye, a man and his wife, +/- 50 years old, and they looked very depressed, down and quilty.

  Most JWs will simply see it as fake news and persecution of their religion. There will however be some who take it seriously and look into it further, and hopefully they will make their exit from the cult.

  Its really nothing new. Often the criteria in a judicial hearing are the questions 'Do you accept the governing body are the faithful and discreet slave that Jesus spoke about, and do you believe God is using them as his channel to dispense spiritual food' If the answer is no then you are out. Nothing else matters.

  What scripture or scriptures did the cult use to imply animals vegetarian?

  Magnum, I see that article was written 38 years ago. I believe they can no longer say that animals will not be predators in the ''new earth''

  There is such overwhelming evidence that most animals have the body and mindset to kill other animals for food.

  Would be interesting to see an article from them on this subject in 2020

  Ever notice a lot of JWs don't have pets?

  i was told by several elders to not get a dog when i was looking for one in the 80s.

  the end was close and we needed to focus on the preaching work.

  i know some have pets but a lot don't.

  i'm a former member of dunnville, port colborne and welland congregations.

  i left at age 15/16 officially but stopped going/believing at age 12/13.. i'd love to meet someone who used to be a part of one of those congregations!.
