Thanks Zico, indeed it seems like every other assemblies. It made me remember the feeling I had when I was there, a feeling of sadness and depression because Harmagedon was long to come. Hell I could have wasted all my life for an illusion. I wonder what would happen if at the baptism question someone answer : Hell no !

Should I marry a JW ?

met a man who down to the tee is amazing.
he is a great man, the only thing i am not so sure about is his "religious" beliefs.

If he said he loves more Jehovah than you, yes it is a warning sign. For JWs, their organisation (The Watchtower) equals God (they wont admit it). This organisation is ruled by old crooks in Brooklyn but at lower levels from the elder in your boyfriends congregation. If the elders decides they dont like you they could 'advice' him to not see you anymore. For him it would mean that Jehovah as decided by the means of his terrestrial organization ruled by the governing body (the cult leaders) who appointed Elders in his congregation. So if he loves more Jehovah (the organisation) than you, then you are on the looser side and the JW cult has total control on your relatioship. Sad isnt it :( Joff

Well, to the JW cult you, your family and all the rest of the world are only sinners that will die at Armageddon. Your boyfriend is under a very high form of cult mind control. Yes it could work with him and you could have a great life but odds are that he would choose Jehovah (his false god) instead of you if he had to choose. A good way to know is to ask him which person he loves more, you or Jehovah. I f he choose his false god that would mean that if a conflict arise between you and him and involves personal beliefs important for you he would probably reject them and maybe reject you. Food for thougts.

If Satan is destroyed will another Satan be born?
by Morocco inthink about this one: the bible says one day satan, the father of all evils, will be destroyed and by extension all the sufferings of the spiritual creatures and physical creatures.
i know the jw's teach that jehovah is allowing evil in order to prove a moral point that he is the only one who can effectively rule this reality.
however, imagine a paradise on earth billions of years after the destruction of evil.

by Had Enough ini just got an email today telling me of an email circulation among the jws about an newspaper article in coquitlam, british columbia in canada.
currently, the jws are not exempt from paying city taxes.
it reports that the council is reviewing its policy on tax breaks to be given to certain groups.

Is a sexually promiscuous life style linked to depression or insecurity?
by free2beme ini work in an environment at work that is a mix of adult ranging in age from 18-50. there are 300 plus people in the building, and that means you get a lot of soap operas happening from people sleeping with other people's girlfriends, boyfriends and even people cheating on their spouses with people they work with.
among the bunch is a large group of people who spend a lot of time passing themselves around, and sampling many sexual partners.
of the people who i know, i have often found that many do not seem as happy as one might think.

Im very confused on this whole issue, as some knows im with my first girlfrien d (we are in a 2 week break to think about our relatioship) and I have never sleep with anybody besides her but her she has slept with 3 other men before me. Sex is good between us, really good and sometimes we even say I love you while doing it. But at the same times I wish I had knew other womens before her. Some say that I must go experience more women now else I will when older the time will not be right. There is a part of me that want to enjoy sexual promiscuty before having a steady relationship but I love my girlfriend. She sais she would understand if I needed to know other women but at the same time I cant imagine her knowing new man as if it was only me that has right because she had other experience and not me... maybe im selfish and dont know what I want, gosh I hate life sometimes :(

by earthtone init broke my heart to read about someone having to paying court fee's after wining a sexual abuse case against the wtbts.
she ended up winning 5,000 dollars but has to pay 220000 dollars in court feee to wtbts and for her lawyer.

Maybe CT Rusell was under the authority of the Highest grade Freemason and they ordered him to creat a cult to keep control over people... The JWs mem is very insidious, I find suspicious that the one(s) that created were "sincere" bible students.
