  so i don't understand it seems to me from the posts that i have read just about everyone is disassociated.. just wondering if that's true or if i am not the only one on here still within the organization..

  Your 1 year old daughter deserves better than being raised in a dangerous mind control cult. In the jw cult, if you or your child ever requires a medical procedure that involves the use of blood, you will be expected to abstain from a potentially life saving procedure.

  Are you willing to commit suicide for a cult? Are you willing to murder your 1 year old daughter for a cult?

  I'm inactive. Not disfellowshipped, not disassociated. My family views me as an apostate. My brother won't fucking talk to me. My mom maintains contact with me only because my dad will divorce her if she chooses to shun me.

  Yep, such a loving religion isn't it?

  my two oldest brothers, jim and ron, were coerced into baptism when they were but 10 and 11 years old.. .

  they were indoctrinated heavily, of course, and they tried to toe the line and be good little jw boys as best two unruly fatherless boys could.

  the nature of a boy won out and they both got into some mischief about a year later.

  i have not posted for a while and have actually not been on for a while but i have had to post cus i am just livid!!!.

  me and my husband and 2 children stopped going nearly a year ago after numerous issues, and basic doubts.

  while we were in the cong i had an 'incident' with a brother who claimed to love me and wanted to leave his wife for me.

  Not only can you convert a gasoline powered engine to natural gas, there are existing vehicles that use dual fuel systems. Both GM and Ford have made bi fuel vehicles in the recent past. You can run it on natural gas and when the NG tank is empty it would seamlessly switch over to the gasoline tank.

  Did you play tackle football as a good little JW?

  in my town we did.

  each congregation had its own "pick up" team.

  we would get together and play on a chosen sunday after the meetings.

  We rented a local football field. One area we set up for flag football, the other we set up for those that wanted to play tackle football. We had helmets, shoulder pads, knee pads, etc. It was the real deal for those that wanted to play tackle.

  Unfortunately a friend of mine died from injuries sustained during the tackle football game. The injury came from being tackled by a non-witness. It was a clean and fair hit, however the elders used it as an example of what is likely to happen when you associate with worldly™ people.

  The real reasons that this friend of mine died is because he lacked quality health insurance and the hospital he went to misjudged the severity of his injuries and sent him home.

  Wife & I were Without Electricity for 6 Days - Empathize with 3rd World......

  a massive storm from alaska knocked the hell out of northern california , giving us a foot and a half of snow , snapping trees like matchsticks , crashing multiple electrical lines in the sierra mountains where we live.

  knocking electric out for 6 days ( thus my dissapearing act from jwn for 6 days ) - we had a 90 ft. ponderosa pine tree ( 3ft, around ) crash on the lower end of our acre we live on .

  it's still leaning on oak trees suspended in time.

  Most of the people that live in the san bernardino mountains here in southern california own generators since power outages are quite common. I imagine this must have been an unusual situation for you as it seems you don't have a backup generator?

  i wouldn't have one but that's because i don't need the pain..

  I don't have one yet. I'll be getting a custom tattoo of my baby girl's footprint and her name on my upper arm.
