before my dad went into surgery he asked that i contact the people on this board and let them know how much it ment to him much it ment to him over the past month or so to be able to talk with all of you.. this is one of the few things in his life he could still enjoy.dad wanted to especially thank craig (ona ) for accepting him and apologies for anything he said that might have offended you.. my father was in so much pain over the past seven years ,god must have thought it was time,dad passed a few houres after surgery.. dad asked not to have a service and will be cremated than placed in an urn ( as he said "so he can keep an eye on mom" ) we all loved him deeply and he will be missed.

i will leave the company email should anyone want to,i will print them out for mom and the family to read.. again thanks to all, our love is with each and every one of you.. matthew mc cune [email protected]

My very deepest sympathy for you, Matthew!

I'll miss your Dad's jokes about me being a WalMart guy...he was always gettin after me in chat, and I really enjoyed his sense of humor. I knew he was not well, and sensed some of his pain, but I had no idea....

I'll always have nothing but the fondest memories of your Dad. That I brought him some small comfort in his last days is one of the greatest honors I could ever have.

to my friends, exjw's, and hypocritical watchtower-apologists,.

i promised on this website quite some time ago that should i ever leave jw.com, i would be honorable and not complain nor post some grandiose exit so as to garner unnecessary attention and bandwidth, and i will keep that promise.

i am not complaining, i love many people on this website, and can relate to their pain like few others can, because i experienced it myself.

What reason is there to live???

this is a for real question, not just hypothetical.

some of you are aware that i am going through a very rough time.

i have been diagnosed with chronic major depression, probably from childhood.

You've known me and my family for almost 20 years....the good things...the bad things...the life...the death...my divorces, my agony.....AND YET, here I am today, more happy than I've ever been in my entire life. I could very very easily have killed myself 20 years ago, as you know. And if I had, I would never know the joy that I now feel, the freedom from the Society, the love of a wonderful woman, the pure and simple thrill of living the rest of my life in happiness.

LIFE IS ALWAYS WORTH LIVING, GOOD, BAD OR UGLY. WE NEVER KNOW WHAT IS AROUND THE CORNER!
