  A Heads Up On Potential Heads Off...

  hello,.

  some of you who have 'drifted' from the wts may not be aware than in recent months the wts has required co's to report the names and circumstances of those who have become 'inactive'.

  the elders are required to visit each one and report to the co on his next visit as to where they are, who they are and why they have gone 'inactive'.. as ever there may be mixed motives with this arrangement, but it as well to be prepared.. best regards - hs

  For some reason...I see the "NO TRESSPASSING" sign of the FUTURE:

  This property is open to tresspass to all, EXCEPT:

  (1)Members, Followers, Associates, Associate of Assocites, Baptized, Non-Baptized associates, Publishers, Pioneers, Presiding Overseers, Circuit Overseers, District Overseers, Judicial Comitee Members, Elders, or anyone else who has any contact or affiliation with the Watch Tower Bible Tract Society, Or any Congregation affiliated with the Watch Tower Bible Tract Society. The above mentioned party or parties applies to anyone who is an associate, contact, and/or is affiliated with Jehovah Witnesses.

  (2)In lieu of (insert Local,State, and Federal Private Property Law Ordinance numbers here), I will view your physical presence and tresspass on my property as a justifiable threat to my well being and safety(physical and/or mental), the residents of this property's well being and safey(physical and/or mental), any guests on said property well being and safety(physical and/or mental).

  (3)Should the above mentioned of paragraph (1), choose to ignore the above warning in paragraph (2) and tresspass upon this PRIVATE PROPERTY. I am empowered and have the RIGHT in leu of (insert Local,State,Federal Law ordinance here) to take any necessary steps to protect my PRIVATE PROPERTY, Or Persons on said PRIVATE PROPERTY. Should the above mentioned of paragraph (1), choose to ignore the above warning in paragraph (2) and tresspass upon this PRIVATE PROPERTY, also are personally responsible for their disregard and agree that physical harm can come upon them, once upon the PRIVATE PROPERTY.

  (4)These steps include but not necessarily by all means:
  A) To notify the proper authorities to have you physically removed.

  B) Use any object within said Property being trespassed, including: Bats, Guns, Knives, Machettes, Chainsaws, Automobiles, Hair Spray, Mace, (etc. list all you want) to defend said PRIVATE PROPERTY. Which will cause you PHYSICAL HARM, in which should you disregard this entitled WARNING, you (the tresspasser) take full responsibility for any and all MEDICAL TREATMENT costs and/or billing sought for injuries procured on said PRIVATE PROPERTY.

  (5) You have been WARNED.

  "jehovah's witness have been targets of false accusations--barefaced lies and twisted presentations of their beliefs......the accusation that numerous children of jehovah's witnesses die each year as a result of refusing blood transfusions is totally unfounded.".

  Are you happy?

  in the context of this forum, happiness at its core is generally defined in one of two ways: a) being a witness or, b) not being a witness.

  most of us consider ourselves happier since leaving the organization.

  because of a recent discussion between violetanai and marilyn, i've thought about it some more, only to reaffirm the truth i already discovered some time ago.

  Happiness and Chaos equation goes hand in hand, with me. So many variables dictate a "happy" state. In a general all round sense, I'm happy. What makes me happy? Freedom.

  Freedom to travel
  Freedom to think
  Freedom of self education
  Freedom of CHOICE in eduction.
  Freedom of CHOICE in a lot of areas in my life.
  Freedom to have a self understanding of what life means to me.
  Freedom of exploration.
  Freedom of associating with anyone I please, being friends with anyone I please.
  Freedom of expression. In mind. In heart. With mind. With heart.
  Freedom.

  I know it sound a bit like William Wallace-ish, but freedom in many areas in my life is ONE of aspects to my happiness.

  I believe, due to those variable events, that "true and complete" happiness and contentment can never be achieved. To many events can change the course. I think what matters with me, is how I'm going to view those events. How I'm going to steer my ship in troubled waters.

  since i've been "out" for nearly a decade now.

  i was wondering...do any (or all) of the governing body of the wtbts ever claimed to be one of the "annointed"?

  what does the gb body think, in line with their doctrine, that if this world goes in to a paradise and is not destroyed; what will the governing body's position be in this "new system".

  Since I've been "out" for nearly a decade now. I was wondering...do any (or all) of the Governing Body of the WTBTS ever claimed to be one of the "annointed"? What does the GB body think, in line with their doctrine, that if this world goes in to a paradise and is not destroyed; What will the Governing Body's position be in this "new system". Are they going to be "stepping down" now that the "144,000" are ruling as kings and priests? Or...are they going to claim that the Governing Body will be "mediators" between people of the new system and the 144,000?(which in case, even by there tripe, there is absolutely no evidence of this...as in case with WTBTS<Jesus<Jehovah arrangement of theirs).

  Now should the Governing Body believe that they are the "elect" or one of the "144,000". Should one not question that these mere men have a bit of an ego trip? That these are indeed men, who without absolute proof, are claiming to have this "annointed" status? Would one not be compelled to ask "Am I putting FAITH in what some other MAN (in this case, GB are all MEN, so I will refer hereafter with "men") is saying to me?". Are you not hesistant to ask "Could these men, be serving themselves, rather then what they preach?". Isn't it VERY CONVIENANT that these very MEN who claim being annointed...are going to be ruling as kings and priests...while the rest of the people are in the "peasant" role?

  All I see here, is 12 old geezerz, who are so self absorbed with power...they have the balls to say "ME GREATER, YOU LESSER...Because we so, and we say God say so too. You know nothing, We know all."

  Has your "Jehovah" told you personally that the Governing Body are in these "special" positions. Or was it an article written, directed, and produced by the Governing Body that said this? Scriptures can be manipulated to fit anyone's point of view, to back up any claim of opinion. What does "common sense" say to you who believe in what the Bible has to say?

  2 Examples of Apostolic Preaching vs JWs

  what is the good news that the apostles preached and how does it compare to the one that jws preach;.

  here are two examples from the bible.

  the first example is preaching to someone who already has faith in god, and the other example is preaching to those who do not have faith in god.. the first example is taken from acts 10:34-44 (rsv edition).

  WoW! Amazing! Unbelievable! I'm flabberghasted!

  All those scriptures you quoted...and I can't thank you enough...but they really put a new light on something I believed in! So much of a light, that I'm going to do a 180 turn and stop doing what I've been doing for eight years now.

  Those scriptures just justified something with me. I'm saved! I'm saved! I'm saving $2.99. Those scriptures just showed me I can not only buy apples JUST on Monday...but, but, but,....now I'm free to buy them on ALL DAYS of the week!
