Yes. This is better than scrambled eggs:
Saute a couple of tablespoons each of chopped onion, green pasilla chile, red bell pepper and oil in a skillet. Break up half of a 12 ounce tub of medium-firm tofu and add to the skillet mixture. Add salt and pepper, a 1/2 tsp. each of turmeric and paprika. Saute all together for a few minutes, browning some of the onion and the tofu. Serves one.
Quite tasty and quite a beautfiul dish.
