A:Negroes were refused preisthood and marraige in the temples and especially to white people - this command given thru the "prophets"...but oh look some of this changed laterso God must have made a mistake mmm..?

B:After living on dog bones and charity because my unbelieving father was unemployed for months with no government relief ,the Elders kept track od the 10% tythe and demanded it of my mother when father got back to work...is that cruel or what?

C:Of all the missionaries that stayed with us only one when going back to the States did'nt become a homosexual ,and he was Bi! What's going on here?

D: Years ago 60 minutes did a show on Mormon homosexual men and in the process of the church "helping" them to overcome this the "treatment" was to expose them to electric shock to their genitals when aroused watching porno movies! How Christian is that ?

I could go on but I don't want to seem as though I'm attacking you as I'm not but sincerely would like to hear your view. None of this is hearsay and to me these organisations just show how controlling and demonic they are.

My Meeting with the Elders...

it is most likely still very far away but i wanted to share with you guys one of the things i am thinking about doing when/if i do meet.

i plan on getting my chl (concealed carry permit)

then i am going to get a shoulder holster.

Did'nt any of you Americans watch "Bowling for Columbine" and the point where it was shown that you had over 11,000 gun associated murders in one year and compare that to other countries, like here where we had only about 65 I think.

Even if you say you have more population and multiply 65 x 13 times the pop. you still only get 845 and they asked the question "WHY"

Well I'd guess at the joking here about this sort of intimidation shows where Americans are at don't you think?

I guess it's an Americans right to hate black skinned people too ...look at your history!

Just have to vent about supposed full grown son

i am so angry right now.

i'm trying to get the house, yard, and self ready for a one week trip tomorrow.

i just got a call from my 22 year old son who lives with us.

Yes you are getting restrangled and I can empathize with you .My son was difficult too thru his teenage years just like that ,expecting everthing the easy way and it is a constant battle.

When do I give in, when don't I ,he's so bright and got potential, feeling guilty for putting them thru the JW process and then leaving.....the battle is not with them so much as with yourselfI think!

At 17 he had to redo high school but because I was broke he had to work to put himself thru as at that stage I could'nt help him.

They can smell the gravy train though when things get better and work on you. In the end I did all I could and found out it is thankless unless you stop giving and do something practical to get them to carry their own load...with mine I made him work at my trade and he hated it , but as I pointed out to him he had money in his pocket for his nice things THAT HE HAD EARNED.

Eventually he moved on to another trade and did it all by himself amazing what they can do if THEY want to.

How about putting sentimentalism aside and consider that he was a authority figure of a Satanic system of cruelty and no doubt had his chance at ignoring the pleas of molested witness kids and adults just the same as the others! And searing his conscience to overcome doing what is Christian and doing the bidding of a bunch of ignorant cruel indecent Governing Body members.

And what about the immorality of expecting others to provide a home and medical care till his finish?.Did he really think it's OK to pay no taxes and then put the hand out if the GB finishes him?

And what about the Org expecting the Government to pay for Watchtower retirees after they contribute nothing because of their tax exempt status?

........................at my last meeting, the elder was talking about 1975 and said "it never happened, it is appostates using a time when (some) brothers took the info in the wt wrong"...................i just blinked and finally woke up.. i had been on this site lurking for a couple of weeks, and realized thing werent right, but to have some creep say on the platform " it didnt happen"............when this ruined my and my siblings childhood, just made me snap.

on the way home, i told my hubby "that was the last meeting im going to"................boy was he pleased.. .

so if you didnt get df ......................what happened at your last meeting.?.

Sorry for the pain some feel.

Last October for us ,looking across the hall at the loud voice singing of an aging ,bald pedophile ex Elder who will shake everyones hand afterwards and cuddle the kiddies with the servant body oblivious to it all.

I think he actually did put it in for all the other Elders knew about the arrangement including the secretary. And he was a nice bloke ,but it is funny how the Org has so many rules that you had to be careful not to trip over them!

jw's on welfare?

are there many jw's on welfare or some state assisted programs?

how do they reconcile this with being 'no part of this world' and their abhorrence of government?

Welfare here is good and easier than some countries I guess ,so it probably has resulted in this situation....

More than once a JW has asked to me in a social environment when meeting me for the first time.."are you an Elder Steve?"

To which I have asked "Why do you ask?"

And they invariably reply "Well you've got a bad back!"

Says something about JW's in this country I think
