  there are so many other threads on this subject but no one place which one can go to on here.

  i have much to share - enjoy and contribute with me please.give me the storm and stress of thought and action rather than the dead calm of ignorance and faith.

  Pedophilia and the FDS

  as you may know, there are ones at the top of the organization that stand accused of pedophilia, etc.

  as i remember, both greenlees and chitty have been exposed as such.. now there are accusations that ted jaracz is also.. ask yourself something: how did jaracz get to be at the top of a "christian" organization when almost nothing about his personality reflects anything that is christian?

  which of the fruitages of the spirit could you associate with his conduct?.

  Individual men and women within the ranks high and low of the organization, share one common denominator. Simply put...fanatical, unyielding belief, that JEHOVAH GOD is behind them.

  With such a mindset, it is not hard to explain away almost any weakness, fault, crime, or so called sin of the flesh. Once the opiate of 'confession' has been applied, even murder, can be washed away in the 'blood of Christ's redemption'. Lest we forget, we all shared in that mentality at one time or another. Even if we took the tried and true 'leave it in Jah's hands' we shared in the culpability.

  Most of us have had the 'scales' removed from our eye's of perception, and can now clearly see what you reveal.

  The question remains; Just how much blame, just how much guilt, can we attribute to those still wearing the full face mask of JEHOVAH KNOW'S?

  I tend to think herk has presented a rational view of what is going on. We need to exercise more care than those never ensnared by 'spiritual brotherhood of Jah'. We of all people can and should relate to why they do what they do.

  ONLY FACTS AND PROOF, beyond a shadow of a doubt, will suffice to bring guys like JarAss, and any others accused, to justice. All the marches, all the stuffed lambs, all the shouting, all the emotion, mean nothing until and when proof is provided.......

  If First Contact Happens/Atkins Diet

  i am struck with how frequent and bold ufo incidents are becoming:.

  i am also greatly impressed with the recent vindication of the atkins diet in a. major study - and what it tells us about the state of human knowledge and science.. what stuns me is that this diet has been explicitly described and debated for.

  about 30 years - and yet, its proof took decades - with some 'experts' still refusing.

  So true.

  My personal Dr. who is board certified and renowned for his expertise in the field of diabetes, has not only admitted that Atkin's has it right, but actually prescribed the diet.

  Iam afraid the world of medicine is also subject to whims of 'the politically correct'. The majority do not alway's have it right.

  Every discussion, conversation, debate, is like ping pong, thats the whole point isn't it?

  Avoiding all confrontation is unrealistic, not to mention boring. It is through these ping pong exchanges that idea's are refined. To eliminate any semblance of controversy, in the interest of peaceful relations, is to adopt a old worn out wt phrase of mainting the 'spiritual paradise'.

  "Perhaps in mirth I'm deadly serious" is a little bit overkill in this senario. Don't ya think?

  I have come to respect your almost dutiful attention to maintaining the peace Ozzie, but true freedom, true peace, results from a liberal exercise of exchange of idea's, not a manufactured 'peace' we all so intimately experienced as wt clones.

  I alway's hate it when someone does this popcorn routine.........it diminishes and makes fun of someone.

  My only question to Rick is, why did you feel compelled to start a new thread, when a simple response to Farkel in your original thread would have sufficed?

  I think your comments have some merit, when associated with the thread in discussion. Farkel happened to reflect my view of 'the award' so did not comment. Now by your making this a personal deal, it goes against what you tout as proper decorum in the forum. Hmmm kinda rimes eh?

  You can't please all the people all the time

  it's a balancing act.

  it is impossible to please everyone all the time and i don't go out of my way to try to please anyone ... i just do what i think is right.. some good examples are controversial topics: if i lock or delete something that is controversial then i am accused of "stiffling free speech".

  I think you both understand very well whats going on here!

  I learned very early on after turning 21, with license to drink in hand, that you had better be prepared to accept the consequences for where, with whom, you chose to imbibe. The wrong choice of atmosphere, location or clientle, will more often than not, be fairly predictable.

  In other words stay out of 'biker bars' unless you like wearing chain marks around the vicinity of your head. Stay out of 'cowboy' bars, unless you can put on a 'redneck' for the evening, and be willing to dance the two step, in lieu of a waltz. And by all means never, never, drink at a Somoan bar unless you weigh 350lbs, and can throw a decent right, while hugging at the same time.

  Decorum is where you find it.

  Referencing almost any thread or comments from JWO is pointless. I believe that that forum is the most negative, crass, bordering on profane bunch of idiots, I have ever read. Incessant drivel, about anything but positive.

  I think you should ignore every single thing emenating from that site. It isn't worth a mention!

  for years i have seen this guy on tv i recall going out to la for a dc and his church was located in the territory of the bethelites family i stayed with and we laughed at how he was getting over on folks, just taking their money.

  and now i learn that he got his early training from the jehovahs witnesses.

  yes i think fred price is my new idol.
