  No children until the new system---Has this changed?

  i have noticed that the "wait until the new system for children" montra has seemed to go away in the past few years from the wt.

  i am thinking that they realized that if the dubs stop having children, then they will stop growing in numbers.

  as a result, they have stopped putting in writing that the dubs should wait to have children.

  Yes, my wife has always wanted children....but now studying with the dubs, she all of a sudden doesn't.....and remember, it is not about the welfare of the children, its due to pregnant women are not available to peddle magazines and books door to door.....

  i've mentioned before here that in my old congo that there is a pedophile who has been there for some years.

  just to re-cap - he was an elder in a congo more south from my old congo for some years and stopped being an elder there for unknown reasons to us when he and his wife moved to our congo when we attended.. in time it came out ,from an elderly pioneer who was close to my wife, that he had been df'd before for adultery or some such.. now in our congregation he got df'd again and because the pioneer sister used to get a lift to meetings from them ,she was told by the pedo's wife that he had been accused of molesting his girls when they were kids.

  of course the stupid woman was actually defending her husband to the pioneer - this is her daughters this animal molested!!.

  MKR, very interesting angle you present, free speech can not be stopped in the US at least due to the constitution, but an organization that is very lax on its identification of pedophiles as well as its prevention of the same would sure be a public relations nightmare........

  There is plenty of information available, silentlambs, Barbara Andersons site, the NBC dateline report amongst many others.......

  It has always amazed me how the Catholic church has been hammered time and time again on this, and for the most part the JWs have been given a free ride....

  Another question......in the same public edition wt they talk about the only reason one is allowed to divorce is due to adultery.....well what would be the advice given to a person studying with a JW if the UBM were to challenge the marriage based on the studying?!?!?

  And I also read I think in the same WT, or maybe the Sept. study edition WT that even a non-JW marriage can only be ended due to adultery....is that true??

  yup, that's what i got from my husband the last time i was on the forum, lol.

  then, he just closed the tab.

  i think he's used to everything and doesn't care to much, just feels he's supposed to say something, lol.. it's nice not hiding anything from him.
