I was thinking the other day. When I was just a plain 'ol publisher I was not 'privileged' to any apostate material or really any behind the scenes of the society. But, as an elder you get to read alot of DA letters that explain peoples findings about the lies the society has told. You also get to see firsthand the strange way elders handle 'disfellowshipping' matters and the way they handle pedophiles. I don't get it..the first inkling I had that the society might be wrong on a major doctrine I was all over it. How come most elders don't see it?? Are they to blinded by their power or do they really think that this religion they are serving could never be wrong NO MATTER what? Any thoughts?

Do I still use it? NO...even if it is his name I think that when I say God, Lord, heavenly Father he knows I'm talking to him. And I don't like using the name cause it makes me feel like I am still a witness

What Bothers You The Most About Jehovah's Witnesses?

Wow! I couldn't think of just one thing.
I hate how they think they are right and EVERYONE else is wrong. Even though when it comes right down to it they can't back up their 'truths' and apostates can. I hate how the rank and file think that their is no such thing as a 'witness molester' and turn their backs to the news articles thinking it's Satan who wrote the news article. I also hate how they say Satan is their enemy and everything and everyone who speaks against them is from the Devil...I could go on for ages.

Now this is weird, update on family stuff

she would actually be considered my second cousin, i believe.
his dad is my uncle who is my mother's brother.

Looking for a gift or....trying to save you! Right before most of my family left (altough rumored apostate) cong and witnesses from far and wide were writing,phoning and inviting us over Humm...now they run at the sight of us.. Cause we are obviously children of Satan now About the gift...it is nice of you to wanna send one! But, being nice sometimes doesn't mean anything to people (witnesses) and that sucks!

i'm 19 soon to be 20, i'm an unbaptized publisher but i want to fade and leave this crappola.
my plan is to first finish school and move out and move on.

Hi -Congratulations on not being batized!! They have no 'real' power over you...but thay will act like they do. When it comes to shunning ...friends and family don't care if your babtized or not. They will regard you as leaving Jehovahs org and there is nothing in the whole wide world that could be worse then that! If you are 'caught' having sex with your 'friend' they will say 'See what happens to people when they leave Jehovah' I suggest saving money and making new friends on the down low. Trust me it is one of the hardest things ever to loose your family but you will survive and it's their lose. I wish you all the luck in the world in whatever course you may choose!! Keep us posted and remember you always have friends here.
