  How Much The WTS Pays To Print And Distribute Its Magazines Per Item

  on another thread i gave a what-if situation using 10 cents per magazine although i'm thinking that with the cost of the printing presses and software factored in it could be more.

  who knows or can give a good estimate?

  You forget - it's not free labor. It would be free if workers lived on their own and volunteered, but as it is, the society pays for room, board, and most medical expenses.

  Um...the society pays for nothing. If so then who's pocket does it come out of?? They have volunteer doctors and dentists. Farms where they grow there own food with free labor. And the rest is money they make off the millions of innocent victims of a cult and by putting their money in cigerette companies. I agree with GaryBuss if it doesn't make them loads of cash to line their pockets with..they get rid of it real fast.

  I almost bought a flag......

  the fog must be lifted now for me after two and a half years out of the borg.. today whilst browsing for some lawn decor, i was drawn to the american flag display in the store.

  i looked it over good - all the flag pole styles, sizes, quality.

  i walked away without buying one, only due to trying to keep wifey out of the hot seat, as she still has relatives in - i don't any longer.

  Big announcement after all DC have ended?

  i was told by a reliable source that the organization will be making a "big announcement" at the end of the summer when all the dcs have ended.

  has anyone else heard this?

  maybe this is the "new light" they have alluded to in recent wt study articles?

  Well in this loving congergation that I went to...Elders have been known to scream and curse during judicial comitties-

  In my own personal experience: An elder has said that 'worldly' guys are into all kinds of kinky sex and went on to mention a few of these and even quoted scriptures.

  Also, that same elder said that even though I was reproved for having sex before being married that since my husband was worldy that everytime we were intimate we would be commiting a grave sin because he was worldy.

  when i was just a plain 'ol publisher i was not 'privileged' to any apostate material or really any behind the scenes of the society.

  but, as an elder you get to read alot of da letters that explain peoples findings about the lies the society has told.

But, as an elder you get to read alot of DA letters that explain peoples findings about the lies the society has told. You also get to see firsthand the strange way elders handle 'disfellowshipping' matters and the way they handle pedophiles. I don't get it..the first inkling I had that the society might be wrong on a major doctrine I was all over it. How come most elders don't see it?? Are they to blinded by their power or do they really think that this religion they are serving could never be wrong NO MATTER what? Any thoughts?

  Do I still use it? NO...even if it is his name I think that when I say God, Lord, heavenly Father he knows I'm talking to him. And I don't like using the name cause it makes me feel like I am still a witness
