I got the call today, only one problem

well i just got home and i have a message on my machine saying that there will be a meeting tomorrow at the kingdom hall at 8:30pm for my appeal.

however, they said on the recording that i will be responsible for getting my own ride there.

there in lies the problem as i don't have a car right now.

Were here for you!! Are you ready?? I know you have been ;doing ALOT of research to prepare. It is very time consuming, do you feel good about your meeting? I am sure you do.& Is there anything you need?? Hang in there! What time is your meeting?? We will be thinking of you!

My meeting is today at 9:30, they wanted to do it at 8:30 but I'm use to staying up late so I told them I couldn't make it until 9:30. I had a friend call and act as my laywer and threaten them if they don't make ever effort to make sure I'm able to get there. This worked and now they are kissing my ass. I have a new recorder that I setup and won't have the static. This should be interesting.

I am looking foward to the meeting, some anxiety, but I'm glad this will all be over soon. I look forward to post back the results soon.

I had this talk once, back in the hizzle. The WTS take on it is this: "did not defile themselves with women" refers to how the annointed did not partake in false religion. Of course, this kind of takes on different meaning when you think of how most of the 144,000 WERE a part of 'false religion.'

Exactly, I bet only 10% of the anointed we raised JW's.

i began studying with the witnesses in 02 and was baptized in 04 but within months of baptism i stopped attending meetings.

my marriage was rocky at best before i studied (husband abusive) but after it just continued to get worse.

i had a baby daughter when i started and had my son while going to meetings and out in service as unbaptized publisher.

The true religion is, of course, the one led by me, Pastor Richards. Yours is blasphemery. Your kind of thinking is exactly why I'm building the Pastor Richards Salvation Statue. Noah hand an ark, Texans had the Alamo, and I am building a highly fortified structure in my image. Simple. This 50 story statue will be able to deflect alpha, gamma, and beta radiation. The day is coming, and coming soon, when the Artificial Suns will rain down to punish the degenerates of this city. But you can save yourself. The Pastor Richards Salvation Statue will be a completely self-sufficient community. We have canned food rations, private living quarters, and enough supplies to survive happily the predicted 40,000 years of nuclear winter. In phase 2, and with funding from NASA, we will equip this massive statue with rockets.
