Why are Witnesses better at being "Mean" than being "Nice"?
by JH inif the elders tell the congregation to shun someone, they will do a good job at it.. if the elders tell the congregation to be good to one another and forgive one another, it doesn't always happen.. if someone is in need in the congregation, it doesn't mean that they will be helped.. so, why are the witnesses better at being mean or insensitive, rather than nice and caring and generous?.
my sister is not a witness.
she is of another religion, and when someone in the congregation needs help, they go full speed ahead to help.

My observations have been that whenever there is a situation where most JW's would have to do more than they really want to,
they have a mental escape hatch. They tell themselves that Jehovah will take care of all things,
therefore persons in need can trust in and wait on Jehovah. So now the JW can offer words
of encouragement, maybe a card or phone call, and feel they have exercised christian love to the
one in need. They talk a good talk, but when it comes right down to it, instead of practicing
what they preach, most quickly head for the escape hatch.

The husband would brush up against sisters and they gave him the benefirt of the doubt.
They couldn't know for sure if it was an accident. But after talking among themselves, they realized
there was a pattern to what he was doing. So they brought it up before some kind of committee that
oversees the assembly halls. The evidence was enough for them to get their walking papers.
Of course they are going to give a different reason for leaving. Can you imagine him getting on the platform and
announcing that the WBTS has sent them packing due to his propensity for grabbing
arses and his wifes propensity for consuming achoholic beverages?

I learned a long time ago to always have a hidden recording device when
meeting with elders. They say some pretty stupid things in private.
Things they would never want anyone outside of the room to hear.
Always presenting my thoughts under the guised of "I'm having difficultly understanding
something." Playing into their ego and desire to show superior spiritual knowledge.
Now I'm controlling the conversation by asking a lot of questions.
They would receive all the rope they need to hang themselves

Rickets was DFed but I don't think it had to do with money.
But after rickets left they became the big show in town. They should've saw it coming.

the caretakers at the Assembly Hall in New Jersey Jersey City have been
told to pack their bags and leave the premises. The husband is giving the
reason for their leaving as being to take care of their aging parents, which is BS.
The real reason is because a number of sisters accused him
of touching them inappropriately. At first he denied it, then later said he was only
playing around. Adding that his wife's reputation as one with close and frequent association
with achoholic beverages, got them their pink slip.
They were about to move into a new assembly hall penthouse apartment, which the wife had started
decorating. They were arrogant, as most JW's with a title are, acting as if they were better than the average
JW because of their "position".
So a lot of people are happy they got the boot. So now they are two middle aged people having to carry
their own weight in Satan's big bad scary world.

called a spade a spade with elders, CO's and DO's. Currently on the fade.
No meeting or service in last 7 to 8 months. No sheepherding calls due to my knowing
the details of the elders injustice and lack of love. They don't want to hear it so they have left
me alone thus far. Although I'm not DFed I shun pompous JW's that I know would would love the opportunity
to look down their nose at me for not attending anymore. Feels good beating them to the punch.
What's interesting is that the few good people that call themselves trying to encouraging me
haven't been able to refute my lines of reasoning. Such as, if a person is disfellowshipped wrongly, maybe for not
agreeing with a teaching which was later changed, Is the mistake admitted and the person contacted so that the DFing
could be rescinded? Answer no. So how could that person be judged adversely by Jehovah? There are so many other good
lines of reasoning I've learned on this forum that just leave them dumbfounded.

2. If the "faithful and discreet slave" is comprised of all the remaining annointed ones worldwide , why aren't they
consulted when decisions are made, new teachings are introduced and when new GB members are selected?
3. Do you see a corporate,ladder climbing, position seeking, butt kissing culture in the WBTS? Any examples?
