  sorry for the long file, is there anyone that can clean this up a bit, the quality is actually pretty good considering the mic was hidden and i was in a big room.

  As promised, I have acquired some software, and enhanced the sound quality somewhat.

  It's not perfect, a lot of the noise falls within the same frequency range as the speech, therefore is is MUCH more difficult (if not impossible) to get rid of entirely. However, I adjusted the volume level so that the speech is closer to the max, which means that the noisy parts are no longer ten times louder than the speech part, which makes it bearable to listen to.

  Not only is the sound considerably better, but I've managed to compress it into 64kb mp3 format, which cuts the file size in half.

  Just tell me how to send you the file, and we're rockin. And yes, I will do this to any such recordings as you wish.

  Do you honestly think the Witness religion will end?

  i know that people here make comments about the religion having problems and growth not being anything other then children born into the faith and third world countries.

  i even see them make comments about, "how much longer can this go on?

  " yet honestly, do you really think the witness religion will end in our life time?

  Lately I've been thinking about this, and about how many JWs did not have children because they thought the end was so near.

  Then it hit me, that's perfect!

  This is the one JW trait that should be reinforced by everyone! Don't have any kids you deluded freaks!

  Sometimes you can do the right thing for the wrong reasons.

  well tomorrow i take my lovely, gorgeous, delicious wife away for the weekend to a fabulous hotel in the english cotswolds.

  JW Dating site snippets...

  so, i received an automatic email this morning from a jw dating site i had put a profile on while i was still in.lol i was about to delete it...but then curiosity got a hold of me.

  (they even gave me back to password i had completly forgot.

  )lol so i logged on, checked out my profile...was very surprised that no where did i mention the name jehovah (like everyone did).

  This is painful to listen to. I will endeavor to acquire some software to perform the filtering. From the sounds of it, applying a low-pass filter to it should remove most of the noise, then the remainder should be normalized. I believe this could make it sound very clear.

  If someone else manages to do this, please post here so I can stop trying.

  hmm y'know, I don't think any woman has EVER pulled that "if you don't know I'm not gonna tell you" kind of crap with me. Never myself played nor had to deal with any kind of mind games.

  Supposedly the main difference between men and women is that women are better at "literary" or communication-oriented tasks, while men have the advantage in spatial relations (solving 3-D problems, for example).

  in that capacity, it is my duty to perform autopsies on patients who die in the hospital where i work.

  As for the law, you're supposed to know that better than we are. As for ethics, same answer. Don't you have to take a medical ethics course?

  Personally, I wouldn't even bother trying to determine the church's position on the matter, it's irrelevant. Your job is your job and the law is the law, and the church's opinion is, well, irrelevant.

  Ghosts, Demons, or Imagination?

  ok, its happened again!

  but not to me this time, my 12 year old son.. last night he fell asleep on the couch, so i left him there and went to bed.

  he wolk up about 3 am, and walked upstairs to his bedroom.

  ButtLight: you say you only fight back when attacked, but when did I attack you? It could be argued that I attacked your claim but I don't recall attacking you. Perhaps this is poor memory on my part, an unfortunate side effect of my misspent youth, perhaps not. Please explain.

  When I said you should go tell a doctor not us, I was not implying that we don't care or that it was inappropriate for you to post here. If anything, I was implying that there's probably noone on this board qualified to give you sound answers.

  Plus, there's the claim itself: You claim to have seen unexplained lights moving around. You claim that your child or children are also seeing things that probably aren't really there. Many mental disorders are hereditary, see the possible connection?

  Why should it seem wrong of me to suggest seeking professional advice? This could be nothing, or it could be something, personally I doubt you'll be able to find out with reasonable certainty if you don't explore all possible avenues, including speaking to a doctor.

  In fact, I believe it would have been negligence on my part NOT to have suggested that.
