  i feel disappointed that a lie has been told to me by a loved one.

  Is arguing good?

  just wanted opinions regarding having arguments.

  my usual take on someone i love wronging me is to be forgiving and not argue about it.

  i wondering if thats not the most healthy way of dealing with matters.

  I'm all for arguing, but i call it "debating" instead, it does a body good to "clear the air", how else do you know what's on the other persons mind if you don't discuss it! Paula

  Anyone From the Lakeside/El Cajon Area of San Diego?

  thats where i grew up.havent talked to anyone i grew up with aside from one of my fleshly sisters and one friend in about 3 yrs.my mother hasnt spoken to me since dec 8th 2003 when i told her i was tired of the hypocracy and wasnt doing it anymore.

  we talked for a few hours and she said shed call me in a couple days after she processed everything, i never heard back.ive just moved to nebraska this year.but it would be interesting to see if anyone i grew up with or know was around this forum.

  I'm sorry, i'm still working on that!! What do you think about my going to an elder and telling him about us but not saying who i or Michael are?? Even tho i know what he will say i want to hear it anyhow!! I think he will take Michaels side, don't you?

  My mother started preaching on me today...

  my mother has just been preaching to me for over an hour (the usual circular reasonging: i have the truth - if i have the truth they will oppose me - they oppose me - so i have the truth...).

  the one point she seems to have is the thought that god has a people to serve him.

  the bible does speek of him using individuals, but most of the time he also has a special people.

  What songs got you through good or tough times?

  i've been in an upbeat mood lately.

  i don't know if it's all the exercise that i'm doing or what but i've not been moody all 3 weeks.one thing that i've noticed, is that i've listened to certain songs that made me forget about "her" and move on with bigger and better things.

  when i was depressed i listened to some songs from tool, some from the cure, barbra manning, the old babyface songs,some from sade, sweetback, and maxwell and everything but the girl.
