  OK believers, time to put up or shut up...

  apparently, a large percentage of xjw's who post on this site have embraced some other form of god/jesus belief to replace the wt doctrine.

  most of them fall into the "i accept the lord jesus christ as my personal savior" class.

  they are still extremely attached to the old "forgiveness of sin through the shed blood of jc" line.

  Where "gods" come in is that human beings attempt to comprehend the underlying energies and so called "supernatural" aspects of things. They try to tap into the "source". In doing so humans have created their own faces to this "All" - like Jesus, Allah, Isis, Diana, Shiva, Buddha, etc. These are human creations as a means to understanding these underlying currents. Each of these "gods" represent aspects of the universe and are involved in myth systems which can teach humans something.

  Well, Greger...I think about your question and ask the same question to myself all the time.....I don't have an answer....I do however, believe in a Supreme Intelligent Creator......I don't believe humans evolved here on earth by chance.

  I think it depends on how friendly they perceive you to be......Before I knew the truth about the lie....they did come around (the Elders) They even ask me if I still thought the watchtower was the truth. ...at the time I DID....but if they were to come and ask me that question again...I will have to tell them what I think....I always greet the Elders with a smile and respect....But I will be ready to point out what I have learned over the evil Internet with proof in my hands. The Elders have always been respectful but I don't know what kind of reaction I will see once I tell them I no longer believe the watchtower has the truth.

  because they have to think about every single possibility that might or could occur.

  what if someone could be "stumbled" by my course?

  It's funny that when a weak witness is in financial trouble, discouraged, without work, or with a personal problem, they don't think of how they can help that person.

  That's not only a possible scenario, it's happening all the time.

  I heard the WTS is giving loans to their lawyers for investing in Wine Vinyards.....Perhaps JW's should invent a business the WTS will Invest their big dash of cash into.

  my mother and her friend were talking at da weekend and they reckon we are not only in the last days but the last hours.

  i know most of you dont believe that anymore, but do some of you still get scared by it.

  Russell should have stopped after his first book the Divine Plan of the Ages. When he continued writting books, he began adding more and more of his own ideas into what was actually written in the bible. His biggest mistake was the chronologies and the invisible presence of Christ. These are not supported by scripture. And these ideas helped to spawn the evil empire we today know as the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society.

  child abuse is not limited to jw's.. if you truly want to stop child abuse first start with the family , and be honest we all have a relative that is a pedophile.. then protect your family from stranger danger.. don't just isolate to jw's.. expand and truly stop the child abuse world wide.

  Being molested is a hard thing to talk about.....No I have never been molested....but I know a close family member who was and to this day he cannot talk about it although he did the right thing and went to the police. Even I cannot talk about this evil act and I do not know the outcome, when he went to the police. Because I didn't want to ask him. The act is so EVIL. One day I will sit down with him when the time is right and discuss it. I don't think the molest was JW related....

  mark of the beast..

  a friend of mine recently was turned down for a loan.... in his disgruntled complaint he jokingly said the mark of the beast is obviously your credit rating... i laughed..but tonight was reading something and came across the scripture that describes the mark of the beast: revelation 13:17 states: "... no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or name of the beast, or the number of his name.

  maybe he was on to something eh?
