Shouldn't the WTS be waiting on Jehovah instead of relying on another organization to help them out? Jehovah after-all is God almighty! Put your trust in Jehovah!

Memorial
by praiseband ini am not a jehovah's witness, but my daughter-in-law is.
i attended the memorial last night.
the speaker quite clearly stated that judas did not partake of the bread and wine at the lord's supper,that he had already left, but even the nwt shows that not to be true.

I have a question: Was the morsel that Jesus dipped into the wine....THE BREAD for remembrance?
Because after Judas left, is the occasion that Jesus took to break the loaf and share the bread with the remaining disciples.

New WT publication encourages "questioning"
by Smiles inmany here have been reproved or disfellowshiped for asking questions about the bible and the jw interpretation of it.. after encouraging the asking of questions, one of the newest wt publications states: "others worry that asking questions could lead to shame or embarrassment.
and some decide that such questions are best left to religious leaders and teachers.
that quote is found in the first chapter of the new publication that all congregations will begin studying each week at their congregation book study.

Partaker at the Memorial, end not near?

he is a black brother that has claimed to be of the annointed for many years but i was seated so i witnessed his moves this year.. .

Well that depends on how old he is, if he is 40, they could move the date back another 40 years, since he can live to be 70 to 80 years if he's mighty lol!
So that is why two men on the GB are under 60! They need to set the date back a generation. A fiendish ploy, and manipulative.

Well, Last I heard...the GB realized the mistakes in the Rev. Book and that is why they do not use it anymore...An Elder told me this at a book study once many years ago.

by misspeaches inwell the memorial is tmrw night and time is running out to give out invitations.

Yes, I was invited to the KH for the Memorial. I will not be going, however I did thank the brothers for coming over to invite me. I suppose they do not know how I feel about the Watchtower although I have expressed my distrust with my JW friends.
anewme, How beautiful to have a Remembrance Day of Christ in the Canyon. I can see you there with my minds eye, the Sun slowly going down in the West reflecting on the clouds or a clear sky with purples, reds, pinks and yellows. The huge bright Moon rising in the East, luminating the ground. An awesome painted picture of God's glory to all life on earth. God and Christ will surely bless you for your wonderful thoughts and prayer.
I will be celebrating here at home with my Hubby. I will have a decent glass of red wine with unleavened bread. Say a prayer in Thanks to God and Christ before and after partaking. Then have our supper and finish the bottle of wine with dinner.
