  Hambeaks Extremely Heartbreaking News

  our friend hambeak just got the most dreaded phone call from his jw child.

  the news was passed on as he was asked for by name and not as"dad" and let known that "they" just called to let him know that his other son, brian, age 26, is dead.

  he was in a car accident.

  i told on a girl for liking a worldy boy at school.

  me and another brother actually waited down the street from the boys house to see if she went there after school, just to get some proof for the eders.

  i cant believe i did that:( did anyone else spy on another witness like i did?

  I turned my best friend in for having an abortion. Noone knew, not even her family.
  
  It made me feel like shit, but the elders bullied it out of me. They knew something was going on in her life and they knew they could get to me to give them the information they wanted.
  
  She was DA'd even though she wasn't baptised. I haven't spoken to her since and this happened 20 years ago.

  How should I report zero hours for November?

  this was my topic november 3rd;.

  for the first time in my jw history, i turned in a slip with a big zero written in every column,.

  turned it over and wrote "zero tracts" below that, i wrote "stumbled by the co".

  I think you should report 100 hours and see what they have to say about that. If they question you on the matter just say that you did it to raise concern amongst the sherherds in the congregation, and since reporting zero got no reaction at all you decided on something a little less believable.

  shunning for blood

  They are getting too much bad publicity over the blood issue including some jws suing the org. Perhaps that's why they've adopted this mushy new 'rule'. It's easier than scrapping the blood ruling altogether, that would cause too much of a backlash.

  I hate having JW parents.

  i'll try to make this long story short.. in october ... about 3 days before i left for a trip my mother decided to have my cell phone cut off.

  i've had my bill in my mom's name since i was 16 and have always paid it since i was old enough to work.

  but .. out of pure spite, she cut off my phone.

  Congratulations on your engagement. Please go ahead and have the wedding you've always dreamed of. If your parents don't show it will be their loss not yours. My parents didn't come to my second wedding, and I can honestly say it didn't really bother me.

  Gays Leave JWD!

  i got a phone call from a person that i gave my phone # to.

  and this person said that gays are not welcome here and this is not what this board was really about.

  i told them that this is only one part of the crap that the wts did to people and that we are people too.

  Hi Hambeak, I would say EVERYONE is welcome on jwd, especially gays. I'm sure they have more to deal with when leaving the org if it involves coming out as well. I know I'm here to support anyone who needs it. In fact I think jwd would be a much duller place without our gay friends.
  
  I think the guy who phoned you still has jw tendencies, perhaps he doesn't want gays on this forum.
