  the dark?

  walking around knocking on peoples doors and telling them they are going to die if they do not follow our beliefs?.

  i for one feel like this is the new world, and there is just no stopping this super highway we call the internet... it is like a whole new world, we can now talk and meet people around the world.

  he told me that the new tract on false religion was going to cause big trouble.

  hi my name is crystal...i am 20 and was disfellowshipped two years ago.

  that was the hardest thing i have ever been thru in my life yet.. i was disfellowshipped for falling in love with and having relations with another female.

  tried to fight it for a long time... but shit happens.

  Hi Crystal. Just carry on being who you are and you will be happy. It's only when you try to be someone you're not that it will make you miserable. As for the shunning, it is difficult but try to veiw it as their loss rather than yours.
  
  You are very young and it is all still quite raw - IT WILL GET BETTER!

  It happened again!!

  so i was at the supermarket today, and rang my groceries through the self-serve cash register.

  i paid as i normally do, using my atm card, and requested $15 cash back.. when i picked up my cash from the machine, not only was there a $5 bill and a $10 bill, but five $20 bills too!!

  i brought the extra money back to the cashier in charge of the self-serve registers, thinking that someone who rang through ahead of me may have forgotten to take their money and just might come back hoping to find it.

  What is the nature of addiction?

  noname's topic about the 'the walk of shame' got me thinking about the nature of addiction.. does having an addiction mean you cant help what you are doing?

  or that you can help it a little bit?

  or that you can help it completely and just arent trying hard enough (essentially the religious position)?.
