WTFBB, it wasn`t meant to be funny, i read something on a womens exjw site that they are going to enforce it, because they were speculating about fat elders being deleted, and how many problems it would cause. I suppose if it was a gland problem you would have to get a certificate from the doctor`s to prove it! IP_sec did your dad really get taken off as a servant because of this, and how do they d/f you for gluttony, sneak by your house and try and catch you eating? I wouldn`t put it past them1

for example, they might tell you of brother regret who left the "truth", had "fun" in the "world" and then got aids.
now he's back in the "truth" but he only has months to live................can you think of other examples of how the witnesses try to spook the rank and file?

Oh yeah just remembered that at weddings, you weren`t allowed to throw confetti, or carry a black cat, don`t know about the saying `something old something new` that`s probably a demon practise too!

I`ve learnt a few things i didn`t know were `demonised` like `chess` , and it just shows how mindcontrolling and negative the org is, they want total control of everything you say and do, and try to install it by fear of demons. What is the reason we were told not to watch soaps? Were they demonised? (not that i watch the crap!)

It has helped me with my recovery, as i only discovered this site a few months ago, after 4 years of isolation. I didn`t realise that there were thousands of others who were in the same situation. I thought that this site was for jw`s, not ex`s or ones that wanted to leave, it was only thro` another ex that i met off the London site that told me about it, and since then i have learnt a lot from coming on here. It can be a lifeline to some of us who are trying to recover from that mind controlling evil cult.
