  How Can I Order Court Documents?

  i am interested if at all possible in ordering the court documents showing the wtbts indeed settled out of court, and placed a gag order on the 14 victims in california.

  are those documents considered public record?

  if so can someone point me in the right direction?

  The settlement is sealed by the court. The only thing you could get is the original court filing papers at the time the case was filed. But now that is also sealed. I think Silent Lambs may have the original filings for the lawsuits.

  just curious to hear any stories on any "brothers" or "sisters", you witnessed getting into a fist fight or getting physical at a k hall or just in general anywhere?.

  how about maybe some major cursing arguments?

  i know this would probably be pretty rare, but...... any stories?

  when 8 yr. olds get baptized, what rights do nonbeliever children have?

  it has been reported that a 8 yr. old child was baptized to prevent the child from seeing his mother(exjw) for custody rights.

  my jw son has joint custody of my grandson also 8. the boys mother is not a jw.

  the weekends my grandson is at his dads he is forced to go to meetings and field services etc.

  If he is causing bruising then document it and call in CPS or make a police report. You can't leave marks on a child.

  Did you ever have this problem in school? How did you solve it?

  as some of you know, i have a daughter in college.

  she has one problem that i hope some of you can help with.. whenever she takes a test, her mind just goes blank.

  she knows the material, but she just stresses out.

  She needs to speak to a school counselor. She is suffering from anexity and they can allow her to take a test in a empty room or make other arrangements.
