I am NOT a Jehovahs Witness. I repeat NOT a Witnesses. Please stop telling me to leave the JWs and read more carefully.
For those who do not believe in God or the Bible, I don't know why you have to be abusive to those of us who do. I would not have told any of you, hey your beliefs are bullshit! Or, act like you are morons for believing the way you do.
After all, you say we have no proof of what we believe but for you non-believers, you have no proof either! And many who believe in God are very nice, loving people, intelligent. Just because you had a bad experience in the JWs, does not mean all Christians are like that.
For the record, I have tried to answer people the best way I can in this forum. Sometimes it is hard to pick the right words to explain everything but one thing I have not done is be rude to all of you who don't share my beliefs. I would appreciate the same respect. Thanks.

I disasociated from the WT about 2 years ago. And there are MANY Christians who are not JWs who feel the same way. They feel when the end of the Gentiles time is here, Gods kingdom will be set up on earth. There are many scriptures that support this. I was trying to be nice by answering because you seemed really upset. but you know what, next time I am going to go with my instinct and totally ignore posts like yours. Because the only point to this post was to make fun of people and their beliefs. I would never do that to anyone and you proved my point in my answer to you that there are people who really don't give a hoot about others. I feel sorry for you.

I gave a letter explaining how I felt about certain teachings of the WT to the PO and said in it that if the elders could show me scripturally that I am wrong, they are welcome to come by anytime. That was in October 2004, none have come yet.

Wow, you sound so upset. I feel really bad for you. Well, here it is in a nutshell and I will not even bother backing it up with scripture because I don't think you sound like you are in the mood to read the Bible right now.
The reason why God is permitting suffering and evil in the world at this time is basically to teach mankind a great lesson. That is that we cannot live without him and his rulership over us. Becuase we were never made to live independently of God. And that he alone has the right to tell us what is right and wrong because he created us. Think about all the governmnets man has tried to bring peace and it has failed. Think about all the thousands of religions we have and they cannot bring peace. Every time a new President is voted in, He promises peace. It cannot work and will not work. Gods judgements are so much better than ours and unlike man, he will not dominate us to our injury. Mankind looks to benefit themselves, make themselves rich and prosperious and most of us, mankind that is, really does not give a hoot for our fellow man.
Sometimes children have to learn a lesson by experience. We will have one great experience when all this is over.
When God backed King Solomons reign, every single person that lived under this kingdom benefited. God when he gave the laws to Moses, included in them laws to help the poor and widows. Such as not gleaning all their crops by leaving 10% behind for those who needed it.
Christ will be our righteous judge and ruler and will set matters straight once and for all. Isaiah prophesied about this. If you really understand Gods plan, like I do and others, God has plans for everyone. Not just people of one nationality or religious belief. All mankind will benefit. Young ones to old ones.
And I know people will say this sounds like what JWs teach. It is true in a way because they do teach things that are true, but the difference is that they think you have to be a JW to benefit. And almost all other religions teach the same thing. It simply has no biblical basis to believe that God favors any one group over another. Actually, the Bible says the complete opposite.
God is coming to set things straight by destroying or breaking down the governments, false religions, and social order of our day, NOT to destroy the people who have been under their heavy yoke for so long. I hope this helps somewhat. I am sorry you feel the way you do, but I really don't blame you.
But please do not direct your anger at some who have faith in God's promises. You say you want proof but really ask yourself this: If I were to show you the hundreds of scriptures that support what I am saying, are you really going to believe or will you just say that the bible is untrue anyway?

History of the Bible - JWs will not like this
by Amazing1914 inhistorically, the bible is a secondary support for christians and jews.
i was raised roman catholic, and our tradition and practices included the bible, but it was not a key centerpiece of our faith.
the jewish side of my family likewise have a rich history of tradition and faith that is lived, and not pinned down to every word in the bible.

God led me to the JW congregation.
by jw ini rented a house in the late !970's and the contents in the home were given to me.. it happened to be books: ( making my life happy, revelation, children bible stories, listening to the great teacher ) i was enjoying the reading.. -----------------------------------.
a few years later began to notice awake magazines in doctor offices, and other public places and read them and enjoyed them.. ------------------------------------.
late 1980's my 7th son was 2 yrs.

This is why I stand by my decision not to even address or acknowledge jw because you will be talked around in complete circles and jw cannot even understand it if you are trying to be nice, like SOL was. No matter what anyone says, you will be wrong even if you take jws side. I think there is definate mental illness here. I am not trying to tell everyone what to do but, how much time is too much to devote to someone who has obvious issues? You may be doing more harm then good.
