Yes, it does sound like you have a wonderful family relationship. I cannot fathom how people that claim to worship a God of love and to imitate Jesus can shun their child for so many years. Has the JW relative mentioned anything about this and how she/he feels?

the michael brown tragedy has garnered a lot of attention in the media recently highlighted.
by the recent county court decision to not indict the lone officer who did the shooting which caused the death of micheal brown.. .. now after more information of the event has been released openly to the public, we can evaluate upon are self.
in are own opinion toward was the law handed out in this particular event proportionately fair or to a professional standard ?.
Lesson to be learned: Do not go into stores and steal merchandise. Do not call police officers names. Do not hit a police officer. Do not grab for his gun. Why would anyone of any race not see that these types of actions could be disastrous?
I am sure that the grand jury looked at all the evidence carefully-they were the ones charged with making a decision, and did what was asked.

found this video of the entertainment preperation for the delegates in atlanta, u.s. this seems to be professionally done maybe outside sources or probably done by "professional" jw's.

They are all over the place.
First they got rid of the orchestras at conventions, because that would "take time away from preaching," then piano accompaniment at the K.H.,and made everyone sing to canned music. They didn't want to imitate Christendom, and condemed them for "pagentry" to try and bring in people. Now, they are taking people's time from the all-important ministry to join choirs and play musical instruments?
It really makes me sick to see it. Nothing is O.K. unless the higher ups in New York say it is, then history is changed.

Concentrate on the wonderful family that you have. A wife and children is omething many only dream about having. Get active with your children. Take the family camping, on a vacation, picnic, or just do things together. Make your children, no matter what age, feel special and appreciated, instead of viewing them as "not enough," especially as you admit you did not do enough with them when they were young. Don't look back and miss any more time!
