Before I came to this site there were 3 things that came to mind whenever JW's came to mind.
1. No blood Transfusions
2. door to door knocking
3. Michael Jackson
I never knew anything else about them until I found this site and other anti-JW sites.

I'm a member of this group and another JW group on myspace. They have been making these exact same posts on other JW groups for a while. What I noticed is that the JW's aren't deleting their myspace accounts. Instead, they are changing their names, pictures and personal information so elders don't know who they are.

Why is Jehovah organization or Jehova's Witness so critizise?

i dont understand that how a religion that douesn't go to war, don't buy guns, they preach for free they dont get paid,there not rasist, they love there neighbors they treat others well, they dont bother you if you dont want them to pass by your house they wont.
why so much hate, if they go strictly by what the bible says.

Can someone help me decide what to do?

last weekend my best friends husband told me that three years ago he caught (and spied on for about half an hour) my husband and my very best friend "getting hot and heavy" (his words) in our spa and that he watched them because "he found it hot".
the three of them decided that they would not tell me and kept it a secret for the last three years until he told me (because he was drunk at the time).

It's three years ago to him, but it's brand new to you. If the tables were turned and it was you with his friend 3 years ago would he "get over it" and not overreact?
You know the thing I have the biggest issue with is the fact that they ganged together to lie to me.
I agree. That would bother me too.
(because he was drunk at the time).
I can't stand when people use drunkeness as an excuse to justify doing something wrong. Nobody twisted their arm to overindulge.
To answer your question, yes I would confront the friend and say something.

They believe Christ will reign over the earth for 1,000 years, after which Satan and his baddies are set free to try to deceive as many as they can in one last go. After which, all of them and their followers get wiped out for good, leaving a pure theocratically governed earth, free of death, disease and war.
Sounds like a great storyline for a Scifi movie doesn't it?

Internet - Thursdays Service Meeting
by stillajwexelder inin the service meeting on thursday, there was an item in the kingdom ministry about the dangers of the internet.
in our kingdom hall they discussed the internet and sexual predators at length and mentioned a recent circuit assembly where the district overseer went on and on about the internet without mentioning specific sites.
the circuit assembly and the service meeting discussed that apostate sites and others for jws were used by non-jws to date non-married jw sisters and also by sexual predators.

To the young Witnesses, the WT's internet warnings fall on deaf ears. Judging by the conversations going on at the JW groups on Myspace, they are simply not listening to these warnings.

he`s a complete idiot, he won`t believe that the wts made that ngo-deal with the un, until he sees the actual contract that the wts signed.
does anyone know if a copy of this contract has leaked out?

I am a member of that forum and know exactly who the dork is. Why don't you show him the scan of the letter from the WT defending their UN association. If the Society themselves admitted it, why does he need to see the contract? You could probably find the scan at the Freeminds web site.

My Scan Results
by Dansk inas many of you will know, yesterday i received my scan results from the haematologist.
when i entered his office he was beaming and so i thought the news would be good.
the chemotherapy has shrunk the cancerous lymph nodes in my stomach substantially!!
