  Taking legal action against the JWs for DFing??? Need serious advice

  i posted a thread a bit earlier about our impending judicial committee/dfing for celebrating "false religious holidays".

  they have seen decor on the outside of our house, so i guess that is their "evidence" that we engage in false religion now!

  my husband and i have talked and are serious about taking legal action against the jws if they try to df us against our will.

  i often wish there were more smileys and symbols to chose from!

  isn't there anyway to add more?.

  for instance, now it would have been great with a christmas tree but i guess a palm tree will have to do.

  a brother brought to my attention that there are certain publications (books and brochures) available on jw media in pdf format, both english and russian, on the "banned publications" list.

  (pdf, 1.35 mb).

  a book for all people (pdf, 7.83 mb, not searchable).

  despite its assurances to the media reporting on child sex abuse cases, the official wtbts policy on dealing with child molestation in the congregation has not actually changed.

  the most recent direction given to congregation elders in dealing with child molestation allegations can be found in the 2010 revised edition of the secret for-elders'-eyes-only manual, shepherd the flock.

  this direction is in direct violation of the law regarding how ministers are to handle allegations of child molestation.

  while an earlier version was made available privately the time has come to 'progress'.. conscious class and ex both strongly adhere to not keeping things 'hidden' in regards to wts publications, talks and documents which are circulated in order to maintain it's position.. another wonderful poster (who has yet to give me permission to name) has 'reduced' and 'bookmarked' the first full copy link i was given by our 'winner'.. in this newest and final 'clean' copy link you find two other additions besides the reduction/bookmarking..... the brother who uploaded the entire book wishes all to have a copy that includes both boe ltrs (pre-ks ltr and spiral binding ltr).

  also another development has occurred.... the brother responsible for this book being brought into light and put forth for public consumption and discussion has requested i post this letter explaining to 'us' (jwn posters/global audience) and 'them' (wts of penn & ny).. i ask you give attention to his words/ experiences as he is representative of a newly emerging demographic within the conscious class.

  What would you do if witnesses called on you on Christmas day?

  if you are celebrating christmas and have perhaps moved and they do not know you.

  what would you do if they called, would you invite them in?.

  I would invite them in for a drink, alcoholic or tea/coffee etc. and nibbles.

  Hoping for an interesting discussion/argument to ensue!

  BUT I know they won't come near me; because they know I know they lie (big time).
