If it was spritual warfare, like some claim. Wouldn't it have been smarter just to tell the members about the NGO status ? So it didn't make them look like freakin idots after 10 years of withholding the truth or should I say avoiding . The letter on the UN website clearly states what was required of ALL NGO's back in 1992.
What the hell were they thinking ? Sorry, That's has nothing to do humans not being perfect, like some claim but rather just ignorant. ( Like the Creator of the Universe is guiding these bone heads ) Yeah Right !!

I would love to see how many rich Witnesses leave their money to the Watchtower, They (Brooklyn) have it covered , just in case someone has that kind of money that it wouldn't be in the kingdoms best interest to build schools or parks or something just to help humanity, but rather " Give it to us" , "We wouldn't squander it like your worldly relatives would." You would be making friends with the world if you put your name on a library and it would be a form of idolatry." new brochure
by bonnzo inat tonights meeting a new brochure was released along with the question box in the km regarding how to dress when visiting bethel/branch homes.
they, of course, said to dress like you do at th meetings.
the brochure is 4 pages with color photo illustations of what not to wear and what is appropriate.

Dressing up is nothing new if you go to one of the torture factories. I went to the farms once and this chick was with a dress on cleaning, gloves on and all. She did not look happy but that place was clean. That place seemed like a prison. The one guy I was with knew this one inmate and he showed us his cell. There he live with 3 others and that shit was tiny. He said it was only temporary because the place was "under expansion." One of his cell mates didn't even sleep in a bed. When you talk temporary and expansion of facilities, That's at least 6 months. The dude was like "I don't mind it , I like to sleep on the floor anyway." I wonder how his back turned out ? I know the Farms turned out OK.

i was raised in "the truth" and it was only recently that i began to listen to a close friend of mine as he pointed out the secrets and lies that is the watchtower society and governing body.

Ahhhhhha , Someone has had their feelings hurt somewhere on this board, but don't let that stop you from posting, There my be allot of gays, atheists, or whoever else this one doesn't agree with , but whoever you are, That's the beauty of free speech. There is no shortage though of fundamentalist who believe that invisible beings are watching every move they make. Believe what you will but don't play next to fire if you don't want to get burned. This is a board filled with bitter and angry people and that is OK ,Some believe in a God or Gods or sons of Gods or whatever. Some just believe in themselves, I recommend ,since you decided to come here start thinking for yourself and talk as much about what you want. Not everyone will agree with you, that's life. Not sure what book it was, I believe it was around 1918 or so. Find the one in the hall library that has a pyramid on the first or second page. They believed that the pyramid's in Eygpt had something to do with God. Oh yeah, Russell also printed somewhere that Jehovah lived on some star and ruled from there. Freakin whack jobs !.
