  Do you think the Watchtower will ever fall ????????

  i know it sounds impossible and probaly is.. but with the constant scandals, and all the info available, do you see the watchtower collapsing in our lifetime (from now to 2053) ?????????.

  HA! The WTS will never fall. My mom and dad are in their late 40's and will never leave. There are many many many more like that and younger people with the same mindset are coming in every day. Get real! I'm w/ Mulan!

  district assembly 5/24/03 3:40 pm "beware of the voice of strangers".. 1) counterfeit words: beware of those using "counterfeit words".

  2) flirting: young ones need to avoid being lured into relationships with un-believers.. 3) you trust your christian parents...listen to them.

  you also trust those taking the lead among you..such as elders.

  When I was 20 or so it started to really seem like a cult to me...the more they said not to read apostate material, the more i wanted to. Here I am at almost 26, free of the WTS! More talks like this and there will more people leaving!

  looks like in conjunction with my post yesterday about the farm putting up some new printing presses, the brooklyn branch is starting to sell off some of its property!

  ---getting there so early and then find that the "servants" have saved all the good seats

  ---not having time to make a decent lunch and getting admonished about not buying from nearby vendors.

  Governing Body / who gets in, need answers to be sure ??????

  okay, i want all the help i can get on this one, so fire away with your answers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  anything that i say that is wrong, please point it out to me.. the governing body started roughly in 1971, with seven members, and then over the years increased it to 11 members,.

  so how many people have served on the governing body from the beginning to now ????

  For me personally, I'm not too fond of when Blur tries to experiment...i love Modern Life is Rubbish, Parklife, and The Great Escape. Everything else sounds like they are trying too hard. If you love those 3 albums like I do, you HAVE to check out these bands:

  I don't know about that new Blur album...I'm sort of tempted but I just can't get excited for it. Strange, considering I live the Gorrilaz and Mali Music albums...

  I think its a good record, not a great record. I do appreciate the fact that it was recorded at Toe Rag, owned by Liam Watson who was in the Television Personalities - one of my all time favorite bands. My album of the year so far is Stephen Jones / Almost Cured of Sadness or Ian McCulloch / Slideling

  Try not to be so negative...i can't see why you are making fun of their clothes, maybe that is all they can afford. The best revenge against Jehovah's Witnesses is to live your life and be content and happy. It drives them nuts. If you cause a scene, you are proving to them that you are wrong. Best Wishes.
