by RULES & REGULATIONS inpersons who make themselves 'not of our sort' by deliberately rejecting the faith and beliefs of jehovah's witnesses should appropriately be viewed and treated as are those who have been disfellowshiped for wrongdoing.

Why did you get married?
by pratt1 inas a young dub in the 80's me along with many of my friends got married, either in our teens or early 20's.. in my area, if you were over 25 and not married, it was percieved that something was wrong with you or you were probably engaging in sex with a "worldly" person.. by why did so many of us feel the need to get married so young?.
i believe it was because of one of three reasons.. 1. you wanted to get out of your parets home.. 2. you had already gone "too far" with you girlfriend or boyfriend.. 3. you were just an average normal teenager and you knew this was the only way you could legally have sex.. .
was this true in your area?.

Why doesn't Satan use the old "talking snake" anymore?
by gymbob inif you ask any j-dub why jehovah doesn't do miracles anymore these days they would probably say something like, "god doesn't need to do that anymore" or something along that line.
so what about satan?.
at a time when he's suppose to have been cast down to the earth and knowing full well he has a short period of time, why doesn't he pull out the miracles again?

If Jehovah Views JWs As His People Why Did He Entrust His Word To Others??
by minimus inwhy let the bible be assembled by catholics, jews and protestants???.
witnesses do not say god gave them the privilege of canonizing the scriptures or having anything to do with his word.
he entrusted the responsibilities to others that according to jw belief are deserving of destruction.....please explain..

New Here, My Personal Story
by johannahw ini have thought off and on about the jws for years.
my little sister brenda converted about 30 years ago and raised two sons in the truth as she called it.
one boy, mason, is still being raised as a jw (he is 15) and my other nephew, aaron, left the organization on his 18th birthday.
