Romans 14,

is only about food, or could you use it to argue it that you can celebrate thanksgiving, xmas.
maybe it is ok if a woman dose not wear a hat when praying and so on, if it dose not bother you.

All in all Romans 14 is dealing with the freedom in Christ that we have. There may be someone who feels that wine is bad or that eating pork is wrong or........anything for that matter. Paul reminds us not to judge others. The caution is to try not to offend others who feel some things are wrong by purposefully doing whatever it may be by doing it in front of them to show how right you are..stumbling. Whatever is not from faith is sin in these types of things. Love fulfills the law. If you feel convinced that having a feast to thank God for the harvest is ok, then you are free to do so. All other holidays too.. It is about having a clean conscience before God. Be true to yourself in other words. The head covering issue is clear to me that there is no rule or it would have been stated there. We are free in Christ Jesus. Let no man judge you, you have one judge. love, dj

Putting money aside......SOJ........don't you feel that this type of conduct behind the wt walls needs to be changed? Can you see that it took many years for the Catholic pedo coverup to be revealed?? Think about it, if the priests had not let child molesters roam free to molest others by acting in a responsible Christian/human manner toward the victims and , they never would have ended up on the nightly news or been sued! The same goes for the WT> If they were wise and honest in their dealings with the innocent victims of these sick twisted crimes and made the perp accountable for breaking to law......then they would not be making headlines or be taken to court either!! Do you see that? The blatant disregard for these little ones is now being handed over to the court system at a last ditch attempt to wake up the ones who cause the irreprehensible behavior of not protecting the children. dj

imo, the wt gives lip service to God's power because in reality they truly believe that God has lost control or something by being so afraid of the devil and misinterpreting the bible to try to make it say that satan actually is the god now. They cannot understand what is meant by "world".

144,000.....you are overreacting imo. No one is trying the case here.
Of course a deposition is routine, that is not the point. That is why I gave the advice to keep answers short and honest because the deposition is used at the trial to make sure that the person does not deviate from what was stated in the deposition,as well as the gathering of info aka discovery. I'd like to see the deponant have the wt lawyers come to him instead of going to them. The home team generally feels more comfortable and I wouldn't want the wt or Prince to pay for my meals....
