Do You Know Your Blood Type?

with all the information we have nowadays, out of sheer curiousity, do any of you know your blood type?

for some, i know the blood-issue is a touchy subject, but it's interesting to know it.

you'd be surprised especially when the case of an rh-negative mother may give birth to an rh-positive child.

Getting Baptized, did you really want to, or did you feel extreme pressure?

i was never baptized, but boy did i feel the pressure ....... what are you waiting for ???

I wasn't baptized either. I believed it since I was 11 but there was always this part that seemed to be missing. I wasn't sure what it was exactly but it stopped me from ever being baptized. It wasn't until I was in my mid thirties that I realized, at yet another study....that anytime I mentioned Jesus and asked questions they always redirected me back to Jehovah as if I had asked something wrong. The looks on their faces when I persued questions about Christ and what his purpose was for me.. was that of pure anger and hate. After this happened several times I started to doubt them big time and began reading the bible on my own. The night that I read Romans from beginning to end I knew that something big time was wrong with whatI had been taught allof my life. That was the beginning of the end of them for me. thinking back on it now, they never ever taught me anything about Jesus except that he was Michael and he was a perfect man and model. grrrr

let me start at the beginning..... my husband lee is a cable guy.

he finished a 2 yr porject for comcast as their project coordinator for rebuild back in july of 2002 and was laid off for 6 months in tn.

in decmeber of 2002 i found an ad on a cable jobsite online for temporary work in nc and since his parents live there we gave the company an email to check it out.

The Holy Spirit... and DOES God Speak to Us?

last night when i went to bed, my heart was quite heavy: there were things on it, in it, thereon... whatever... that i could not reconcile: i know what i have heard from my lord - how do i get others who love him to grasp that such a thing is possible, to understand that they do not have to take my word for it, but can ask him, for i am nothing more than a good-for-nothing-slave... and have "sold" myself into the "service" of the one who "bought" me... so that it is his will that i must obey... whether earthling man hears... or refrain?

this is not new "fight" with me, let me tell you: i know exactly how jeremiah felt, for i cannot count the times my heart has felt the same thing.

It is in the bible prophecy that Jesus would be unattractive and not a pleasure to look at by man. That is divine prophecy alright. I don't think that Aguest mentioned that.

We did it -- we're married now!!

june 20th marked a new beginning for me and yourschelbie.. we had a justice-of-the-peace wedding, with just a few family and friends on hand.

the judge did a marvelous job of capturing the essence of the meaning of marriage in just a few minutes.

(and we weren't reminded that serving a publishing company should be the #1 priority in life, lol.).

What do mean know for sure? Do you mean with our eyes or the eyes of our hearts. Faith is not seen with our eyeballs...yet, anyway....

For me, the answer to what is truth is Jesus. He is the TRUTH. He died to set us free and give us eternal life. That is freedom....free from fear or man's rules or any other burden but just free to love. So may religions point to themselves as truth but for a Christian there is only one truth. Which is, the Christ. You know all of this and reject anyway..why? love, dj

Atleast he isn't still in their bondage. He is able to make his own decisions with his own mind and not a jw robot. Look at the bright side>>>>you are only 39!! I am 42 with a six year old...lol....it gets hard crouching on the floor with all those little trucks....lol.. I'll be old when he is 18, enjoy this time!! He'll be home in time with hugs for you!
