Sorry i need to get this off my Chest

i have been unable to vent this elsewhere and because i'm taking a break from jwd my usual outlet wasn't available (this is partly the reason, i aint home till wednesday) so i decided to come back and post in this topic only, just to help me cope with this situation for both me and megan who needs me to be strong for her right now.. when megan was a child her stepfather abused her sexually, unfortunately for her she was also abused by her brother.

megan was forced into a corner by her mum (not physically) to admit that her brother abused her because her mum said that megans stepfather never abused her and it was just a ploy on megans part to get her mum to love her stepdad less.

megan felt to defend herself she needed to prove that she'd kept a few other things from her mum and that her 'perfect son' wasnt so perfect and that she wasnt a liar.

So sorry you've got more c*** in your life just now when you don't need it. Tbh from what you've said re Megan's mum before she sounds a bit of a nut and its disgusting for her and the brother to expect to sleep anywhere near Megan or Noah! It is so hard but stuff what the mum says and keep your distance, keep in mind you are your own separate family unit now, you three and you need to look out for each other, and also Megan's sister who sounds great. You know you can vent away here whenever you feel like it!!!Hug for Megan Debx

before i go any further i would like to thank all the people who responded to my two previous posts to offer support, advice and guidance.

my ex-jw ex is now back in my life.

i really was prepared to move on, but somehow he is back.

Hiya Crazy! Am glad things seem to be getting better for you at the moment! Its great that your ex is getting some counselling as well, for all his issues, and sounds hopeful for his daughter, esp if he can talk to her about birthdays and things. Take care Debx

here's a thought guys......prove that jesus existed at all..using anything besides the bible....or the writings of josephus (which have been proven tampered with by the early christian church).

you are all arguing a moot point...not only has the 'organization' been deceiving you.....but the bible itself is a made up, bit of pap, used to enslave man to his own dismay....prove me wrong.

use historical accuracy.....i'm waiting......

I suppose you could call me agnostic bu tleaning towards atheism but i think it likely Jesus existed. I now tend to think of him as a sort of man who was good with drawing people with his personality, like a faith healer you get nowadays who people flock towards, and then he sort of set up his own cult like following and religion.

Well i change mine regularly now according to my mood, but the current one is my all time favorite actor. Before that i had lucius malfoy for a few days but had to change it as everytime i saw amy posts with that avatar i kept thinking 'whose avatar is that?' duh!

Has anyone ever run into someone REALLY CREEPY while out in service?

i know i've run into quite a few weirdos.

i had one guy that told us that adolph hitler was going to come back from the dead to kill all jws.

needless to say, he didn't want a copy of the watchtower!

The worst one i had was when i had only just started going out on the doors. He's a well known churchy bloke round here and he just smiled at me really sweetly and said in a really pleasant voice, 'When you talk to me i can see Satan in your eyes'. it was the way he said it that freaked me out, if he'd shouted if wouldn't have unnerved me so much!

in the past i've gotten her a matching jewelry set, a super-comfy reclining office chair for her computer area, a massage pad, and other things i can't remember.

Someone recently told me she named a star after her husband and got a certificate i think she did it over the internet. I thought that was a lovely idea.

i normally come on here, and am strong and very vocal in me distain for the borg and all the things it entailed.

just feeling a bit sad for myself tonight and wanted to tell my friends.. my birthday was yesterday.

Oh Shell i've been upset this week over my 5yr old nephew, his middle names Leon. We are trying to get things sorted with his parents but its not easy. At least i can see him in the school playground and my 3yr old niece so i can see they're alive and well but it breaks my heart - i miss none of the others but i used to look after him alot and he always loved coming to our house i feel so sad for him and the life he will have. Sending you a big hug hun.

hi well following on from my previous post about probs with sis and bro in law and how they haven't spoken for ages,hubs wentround today to have it out and say do they want to know me or not (i am d'ad but she has contact with her d'ad family) and she now says she does as we're family and that i've been ignoring her!

) anyway she has agredd for us all to meet and discuss what sort of part we will have if any in each others lives, because our two boys are the same age and in the same class and we don't want them to suffer.

I know there was a watchtower mag last year that mentioned disassociated ones i chucked all my mags out but i remember it was about september/october time? It was esp sickening as it centred on what the jws would be feeling if a family member d'ad and to follow what the elders etc said. Has anyone got a link for it please?I know it's cheeky to ask wish i'd kept my copy now but at the time i just wanted rid of all that jw rubbish!Thanks
