ha ha thats funny, but it did remind me of when my hubby worked at the train station and one of the duties was cleaning the loos. They had one cloth to be used for mens and ladies, and which they used for cleaning around and inside the toilet bowl, wiping the poo and other unsavoury things off the walls, and then cleaning all around the sinks! They never washed the cloth out or bleached it and had the same one for years! From the moment he told me that and showed me the brown cloth that used to be white, i never used those loos again!

How often do you come down this way or is this your first visit? Would be good to meet up if it can be arranged - as long as you don't mind two young kids in tow!

KCM - i live in Taunton, Somerset but don't ask me how far away that is to Weymouth cos i haven't a clue lol!I'm hopeless with geography! Your'e not being a cow at all after what you put up with, i read your other thread, and i'm glad you've found someone so get out there and enjoy yourself! If you need to feel free to pm me whenever ok?
DJK thats really good advice, i know when i'm nervous i tend to do this sort of half smile half grimace sort of thing, and thenn i wonder why people don't smile back lol! They must be looking at me thinking i'm in some sort of pain or something!Scares them off straight away!

Question for faders (past and present)
by IsaacJS2 ini was just wondering why people fade instead of just quitting right away.
going inactive isn't enough to get dfed, is it?
i was never dfed, though my meeting attendance had been on again off again for months before hand.

My husband is fading, he's not been to a meeting for about a year, and our attendance has always been on and off. He's been inactive for about 9 yrs on ministry too. Although his family have hardly anything to do with him and haven't for ages as hes 'spiritually weak', he hasn't officially left it cos he says there's a big difference between knowing that his mother could contact him if she wanted to and knowing that she wouldn't ever contact him again.

Hi KCM just wanted to say welcome! I'm in a similar situation to you friendswise and although i've got my family i've lost my friends and have to start over. It's a shame we don't live nearer each other isn't it! I don't know if you work but if you do, have you work mates you could arrange to out out with, clubbing or cinema or whatever? Or how about joining a gym/aerobics class/college night course or something where you can meet people and get to know them? (and maybe i should try this myself!lol) Anyway if you need to rant or whatever feel free to do so anytime we are all listening! XDebbie
